A Tython breeze

Shawn Michaels

Live each day like the last
Waterfalls rushed about, here and there,

When a man stepped forth, under the sun's steady glare.

Why was he here, you ask?

Why, he simply wanted to relax, instead I wearing the mental mask.

As he walked through the colorful oasis,

he noticed a sweet lullaby.

"Well hello there, little bird, please song your song."

"I haven't had a break all day long."

Hidden behind hate,
Was a man who tempted fate.
Learning the ways of,
Shaping. did he want to look above.
With the planet too calm
Did this man enjoy the flame born in his palm.
Of in the distance and to the side
did a man reside
Seeing that the man, a Jedi,
Could this man not be but fly?
Hearing his whispers of life
Did it contend with my strife.
"With you nigh
would you care to simply die
For I am death,
and you must take your final breath."

Live each day like the last
With the turn of a head, and the whispering winds,
The Jedi certainly didn't know where to begin.
He slowly rose to meet the man, to initiate their duel.
Hopefully, they wouldn't fall into the water pool

As the arkanian reached his weapon, ever so thinning,
A question nagged him without end.
What if this was the beginning?
What if it was the end?

There was no time to waste, it was now or never,
Even as I drew my Saber, time stopped with a flick of a lever.
I could feel the man's emotion of wonder,
Could it be that a man was from yonder?
With the pop hiss of my blade, and the swing of my sword,
Did I ever so diligently burn, and curse the gods with my word.
"Will you answer your calling, and suffer your pain?
Or shall I begin without you, and send you down your lane?"

Live each day like the last
The Jedi rose to meet the man,
a solemn oath to keep the plan.
Determination filled his face,
his lightsaber held with grace,
as the emerald light shone off the land.
"Come face me, if you wish",
was his quiet reply.
His weapon came up with a swish,
and he looked into the daylit sky.

Wavering nor budging
With the orange saber at my side
Only to be trudging
I fought to turn the tide.
Jedi at the ready
I came to launch forward
With my saber towards his tummy
Only time will now be altered.

Live each day like the last
With a quick step to the side,
Azrael barely saved his own hide
from the man who seemed to him a Sith,
as he certainly was no bith.
Reaching to the force,
with absolutely no remorse,
he knocked his attacker back
as if he were but rice in a sack.
