Akio Kahoshi
Peace through Order
@[member="Riko Kahoshi"], @[member="Madeline Kahoshi"]
During his life, the one constant for Akio Kahoshi had been his dislike of his own family. He had loved his mother and his sister growing up, but for the most part he was the black sheep of the very criminal family. The most frustrating part was likely that even when he had the power to try and stop them, even having lived in the Kahoshi household since birth, he could never prove their involvement in the Reki. At least not in a way the law, and he, was satisfied by.
It was not all bad though, his family heritage and been enough of a boost to get him into the Imperial Academy at a young age. It was hard enough to get in, with an entire planet vying for a very limited number of spots. Once he had gotten in he had been able to prove himself on his own merits, and rose far higher than someone of his family name had ever been expected to rise.
Not all of his extended family was bad though. He had grown found of his cousin Riko, despite her mother and his... strained relationship. He had also recently discovered his missing cousin Madeline, who had more reasons to dislike and distrust the Kahoshi family than he. In fact she seemed to retain no contacts with their blood besides her somewhat forced association with him. He hoped to change that, because no one should be completely without family. And if anyone could help in that regard, he figured Riko could.
Dinner was set at his home on Atrisia, one of the rare occasions he was actually home instead of aboard the Rancor or at his office in Jar'kai. Now it was only a matter of waiting for the other two guests to arrive.
