A rarity question

Could someone tell me the rarity of certain materials such as Ultrachrome and the like? Ultrachrome seems like a popular pick for most tech apps I've cared to look at and I was just wondering if that was a Manufactured material or is it mined somewhere? I was thinking about making a list of rarity in regards to materials like this.
