A Pack is Practically a Family (Asaraa and Seth)

[member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

Seth paced back and forth at the base of the silver jedi order. His pair of lightsaber and shoto currently attached to the belt of his black pants. Though the blades were in the open not currently being concealed their black and dark colored themes still made them barely noticeable and exceptionally evasive to the untrained eye. Seth was nervous, anxious, and excited. While he shifted his midnight blue robe to better conceal his blades. For this would be the first time he would be meeting Yuroic's adopted daughter and previous student. Well, at least formally meet.. And well he was mainly doing so only to ask a favor of her.

Seth had dreams and aspirations. Quite big ones to be honest as he had heard of a world. Which might hold secrets to a force vision he had. That and with Cixi practically disappearing completely. It was time Seth began growing on his own. Building new friendships and expanding his horizons. There was some other destinations Seth had on mind. As though the main purpose was to figure out what was disturbing him, and forcing his dreams to be drawn to some sort of semi-sentient species. It was still important he took time to actually get to know Asa. As, he never knew when he might be out on the field alongside her.

Seth kept glancing to the door. Of the room she was to be meeting him in. His hands fiddling every so often. While he did his best to maintain some semblence of a composure. So, when she arrived he could make with pleasantries, and get onto the course of business he had for them.

A call out to a meeting was unusual, not exactly rare, but not a common occurrence, especially from a Padawan. She'd been called in to meet masters, to meet the assembly or the rangers, but then again this was Yuroic's new Padawan, and she'd been meaning to track him down and see what kind of person Yuroic had managed to find. It was both the job of an ex-padawan and a daughter to make sure of that, she was sure she'd seen that rule written somewhere, and if she hadn't then it should be, the pink-haired Jedi made a note to make sure she found somewhere to insert the note later. As for now though, well, a smile touched Asaraa's lips as she padded her way down the corridor, enjoying the feeling of hte sun shining through the temple windows onto her skin, it was time to see what the younger Jedi had planned...and maybe tease him just a little, she wouldn't be her if she didn't try that.

A small gesture of one of her hands sent the doors swinging open without Asaraa ever having to pull her hands out of her pockets, a similar motion closing them behind her as she glanced over at [member="Seth Brackson"], inclining her head at the young Jedi. "So...hi?" What did you say at a time like this? She honestly had no idea about it, meeting the boy who was effectively her replacement was...not something she'd ever had to deal with before.

Seth watched as a pink hair gal casually entered the room. He inclined his head back to her. "Hello." He replied a moment after. Providing a short pause from her greeting. In case she felt inclined to add anything. As Seth guaged she seemed almost unsure about what to make of this meeting as he was. He didn't know if he found the thought more comforting, confusing, or concerning. Though he kept a rather neutral air to himself either way now that she had entered the room.

Seth pulled out a data pad and hovered it into the air, and over to whom he guessed was Asaraa. "My name is Seth." He added. Figuring it would be rude not to at least provide a name. Before fully delving into the matter at hand. On the data pad was information regarding a planet known as Fenris. "I've been suffering increasingly frequent force visions. I had planned a trip to this world once with.. Well planned a trip. However, things came up and it was interrupted. The visions I keep encountering continue to strongly urge me to head to this planet. Though, I myself do not own a ship, and though I can fly one. I would rather not become creative with how I get a hold of a ship, when I have allies now through the order." Seth began as he crossed his arms and watched the woman. "I was hoping you would be open to the thought of accompanying me on this journey, as both a means to actually visit, as well as see where the trail ends up leading me." He expressed calmly. While he guaged her to try and see where her thoughts were on the matter.

"Asaraa," the girl nodded at Seth as he levitated a datapad up into the air, "but then I guess you already knew that." A smile pulled up the corner of her lips as she let her blue eyes flick up and down his frame, "I've heard a lot about you." Of course, you don't mention who you heard it from, leave him to stew in that though, it wouldn't be that hard for him to guess who had been talking, it was all apart of her charming mystique, or at least that's how the girl saw it. The proposition he put before her though, that was something different entirely. "A force vision?" She'd never been graced with the fortune to be visited by one, but had heard the stories, had heard about the results. It was honestly one of the parts of being a Jedi that Asaraa had the most trouble with, surrendering her will to the force, trusting in it for guidance not just in the short term but in the long term. It made her feel like a puppet, which wasn't the nicest feeling but then at the same time she could see what this meant to Seth. "Well, as it so happens I do have access to a ship, and would you believe I can fly it...well I have an AI who can fly it. So, Fenris huh? I guess...field trip?"

"Field trip." Seth agreed with a nod. He decided not to make any earlier remarks about her hearing much about him. Some might be true, some might not be. If he was correct she trained under Yuroic. He doubted that the man was the individual who spoke much of Seth. He could be wrong, his mentor still held many mysteries which Seth never seemed to crack open. Though it was that very steeled sense of privacy which lead Seth to respect, Yuroic wouldn't devulge much of anyone else's private affairs unless he deemed it necessary to do so. The other thing he was confident in. Was news and information travelled quickly within a network such as an order. It took effort to conceal parts of oneself, and well. When you're busy reaching out to people for aid. You are doing so knowing full well the people who you are seeking, are likely going to be smart enough to investigate even to a slight extent the nature of whoever it is poking at them.

Seth bounced a little bit on his feet. "So, how soon would you like to depart?" He asked her. While he glanced to the door behind her. Before turning his attention back to her. Trying to study her body language and emotional signatures within the force. Reading people within the force was a force technique that ever since the individual he almost spoke of earlier, and him first met. That Seth was doing his best to perfect. As though he also was working on concealing his own signature and emotions. Sometimes it still being a bit of a struggle. Seth knew that having skills in both sides of the scale would be handy for different scenarios.

"Well, honestly, there's no time like the present is there?" The pink-haired Jedi knew that there were in fact countless calls upon your time, duties that hte assembly would foist on someone if they stood still for too long. That perhaps might have been a contributing factor to her decision to make for the proverbial hills as it were. While she was always happy to help out, there were times when she felt the assembly was just bouncing her around with busy work to keep her out of trouble and safely tucked away. Just sometimes you got cabin fever...so when the opportunity for adventure came why not jump at it? She certainly planned to.

Taking a step towards the door Asaraa paused, glancing back over her shoulder as a grin played across her lips, an amused light dancing in her blue eyes. "That is unless you'd rather stay here, or you have another pressing engagement you need to get to?"

Seth shook his head softly. "I rather not bother waiting around." He responded to her. While he proceeded to follow her to where she had her ship. He remained silent at this moment forward. Moving to place his hoor over his head. While he quietly walked along. His eyes looking around the environment. While he reached out with the force to the crystals in his lightsabers. Just feeling the energy flowing around them for a bit.

He was excited and nervous at the same time. An adventure had been a long time coming. Considering most lately his time had been spent occupying his time honing his skills. In the manners which he himself could do. As well as recieving the occasional lessons that his mentor had been able to give to him. That and it was his first time travelling with a new companion. In a short bit of time at least.

There were many kinds of silence, there was the cold silence that drew you in and asked you to fill it with your words and thought, and there was the companionable silence, a warm comforting blanket that draped over you and just was. It didn't ask you to fill it with anything, They weren't there but there was no pressure, no need for a sound beyond the soft slap of boots on the floor as the two crossed through corridor and path, through door and hangar till they reached the Sleipnir, "A little bit of home amongst the stars."

An easy grin touched Asaraa's lips as she gestured Seth ahead of her up the ramp, the portal closing behind them with a soft hiss. "Right so, grand tour, the bedrooms are down there, rec room, gym and bridge." As she spoke the pink haired Jedi shrugged off her jacket, tossing it at a nearby chair as she span on one heel, a bright smile flicking at her companion. "So, then, Fenris right? We'll have you there in two shakes of a Porg's tail, though I have no idea what to do when we get there."

"Porgs are adorable." Seth responded upon her later statement. After he had taking the time to familiarize himself with the ship the best that he could. Then turned his attention to Asaraa and simply smiled. "First finding a place to land would be a good idea." He said in a manner suggestive that it was a lighthearted jab. At the fact she seemed uncertain what to do first when they got to the world in question.

"From there, just follow me. I usually am pretty good at ending up where I am supposed to be." He noted while he walked along to the bridge of the ship. Of course where they supposed to be, and what they were supposed to be doing were two different matters. Though really Seth wasn't a strategist. More of a tactician. Not to say he'd fail as a strategist. Just there was.many better suited candidates for that task.

A small smile touched Asaraa's lips at the statement, her head inclining to the side as crystal blue eyes sparkled playfully at him, so Seth was one of those let the force take him where he needed to be people. It was a level of trust she found hard to have personally, but she knew one thing, whatever happened it was bound to be an interesting adventure. "Well, then Master Jedi, I'll just follow your lead," there was a playfulness to her voice as Asaraa span away to the cockpit. "Well, strap yourself in and get comfortable."

Fingers danced over controls as she slipped into the pilots chair, the ship thrumming to life around her, leaving Kashyyyk wasn't hard, the constant flow of ships flowing back and forward to the temple had created a need for the Silver Jedi to allow authorised ships an expedited launch and landing, you never knew when something of import would come to the Jedi, it would make getting off planet and on their way that much easier.
