A disturbance in the force..

Dar silently curses his luck as his out-dated and junky transport runs out of fuel, on the fringes of sith space. His day couldn't get any better. He activates the distress beacon begrudgingly, then procedes into the corridor stepping over the corpses he left behind.

Loarko picked up the call and answered gruffly.
"Ship in distress this is Nova 1 over. What's your emergency? I sense you are close what are your coordinates?"
Loarko flew his B-Wing into oblivion in search of this ship.

Melori was returning to One Sith space when she picked up the distress call. Her Sicarius-class Infiltrator was fitted with a Stygium Cloaking Device - a gift from her first Master. She chose not to give her location away but instead monitored traffic as she became aware that the ship was out of fuel.

She heard another craft respond to the call and waited to act. It only took one ship to pick up a stranded Sith...and this could of course be a trap. So she kept her eyes on the radar, to see who else might join the party and who these two ships were being piloted by.

"Relax, I mean no harm. I've got fuel. I'll board your ship and give it to you, sound good?"

"Live there no, it would simply be a stopping point from which I can continue onward" Dar tilts his head. He didn't know what to think about this individual but he kept his cautious stance. He then glanced up. "Are there any nearby ships in the area?"

"I detect three ships, but there is only two of us. Someone is watching us and we don't know it. Prepare for a possible battle."
Loarko went back to his ship and checked his scanners.
"The ship is close, another Sith is among us."

Loarko turned on a loud speaker.
"Sith, show yourself we know you are here."
Loarko powered up his B-Wing's cannons.
"If you don't respond, I'll initiate force."

Stygium Cloaking Devices clearly weren't what they used to be. Melori sat in the cockpit of her ship and heard the other ships hail her.

All the signs suggested they were Sith and even if they weren't, what had she to fear. So she uncloaked her ship and opened the comms channel.

"Initiating force would be the last thing you ever did," Melori responded. "I am Darth Timoris, former Voice of the Dark Lord. Sith Lord personally named by the Dark Lord himself on Coruscant." Her voice was calm - but carried enough steel to suggest she was not used to being challenged. Not twice at any rate.

She sighed audibly. "I am boarding you. Better to check your credentials personally."

Not sure how much longer I can post tonight, so don't let me hold you up if you wish to progress your story :)

Dar refused to be impressed with this Darth Timoris titles. He opened the comms channel "Greeting Darth Timoris I simply wish access to sith space nothing more" He was unsure of this newcomers legitimacy but he suspected he would soon find out.

Melori manoeuvred her ship quickly into position and performed the docking sequence.

She pressed the button that opened the door to the short walk that linked the two ships and heard the pressure equalising before the panel in the ship slid back and she walked forward. The process was repeated and she was now on the fuel-less ship.

She sensed a Force Sensitive on board - with a Dark-sided aura - so his story checked out. She strode in the direction of his presence, her standard issues black robes billowing behind her as she strode forcefully. Her twin sabers hung from her belt and her hood was down, revealing her blonde hair tied back at the moment.

Her eyes were currently baby-blue as she was not accessing the Force and she stepped over a dead body or two as she made her way to the bridge. Given they died of saber wounds, she knew who killed them.

Finally she made her way to where the man was. His presence suggested he was an Acolyte, or maybe just a wild Force User, self-taught.

"Access to Sith space is granted. Now tell me, what is your business there?"

Dar looked at her and from what he could sense she wasn't lying about her power. "I am currently without a teacher and I find it to be tactfully advantageous for me if I were to procure such a teacher" He maintained his cautious stance his hand on the hilt of his saber.

Dar took a closer look at her aura and wondered what it took to gain such power. The more he thought about that power at his fingertips the more anxious he was to kill something.
