A Coven?

Hey all!

Recently I've been thinking of getting back into the swing of things with Haarvak - he's a Wookiee darksider who's been through the ringer. Originally he was gonna be a strong, stacked fighting machine powered by rage and pain. I've been having the idea of switching lanes, however, and trying out something else.

That's where y'all come in! I'm wondering if there's anyone interested in exploring some of the more occult and esoteric applications of the dark side? I'm really fascinated with developing some unique and original applications of the force and already have a ton of ideas that I'd love to share! They all tie into sorcery (magick!), some with a Wroshyr/nature twist, and new ways of using the force. The way this would be organized would be through a coven, or if we want to go this route it could be a cult. I'm not particularly looking to start a faction or anything (yet) but I would love to write this out with people and delve into some mysteries together! Of course if the cards fall that way then I wouldn't be opposed, but I'm just looking to start small for now. This would mainly be developing our characters' connections and writing out the discovery/learning of these new and unique techniques or applications. Tattoos, tomes, grimoires, holocrons, you name it. I really just want to make some original content and some cool stories to go with it!

I'm not picky about being a force user, or what alignment you identify with. I'm totally down to have non-FU mystics in this as well as light-siders who stray a little far from the path! Mystics, sorcerers, witches, monks, hermits, lost souls, soldiers, all are welcome!

I'd rather keep things kinda under wraps until stuff is underway in terms of techniques - but some of it'll have basis in not only Nightsister magick but take influences from real-world occult magick as well as shamanism from around the world. Some of it will be centered around new applications of canon force techniques. Totally willing to talk about it more over pm or discord (CHRIS, THE GOD OF GINGERS#8088)

As for places this could go - I'm really open to whatever, as of right now I'm looking to do a sort of witch coven for likeminded people to join and develop these ideas and their own, or for people to learn them. For the future? I'm down for an order, but I don't have imperial ambitions with this, this is mainly philosophical and to get into the mysterious and fantastical side of Star Wars. Haarvak has been a warrior, a hunter, and is currently a prison escapee so he's pretty open ended in terms of ways the story can go. Since it's a coven I'm talking rituals, summonings, sacrifices, assassinations, stuff along those lines.

I think the scope of the developments I'm thinking of will kinda make this need to be a dedicated story, but that doesn't mean I need people to drop everything they're doing or their other groups for this. Again, totally more than willing to talk more over PM or discord.
