He had set his sights high, and he had a plan that was going to work or he would have to result to shotgun diplomacy. They had been planet side for a few hours now. They had been dropped in the cover of the night on Ord Janon. Lao was here to instill a serious leader for the Primeval and for the planet. In addition to this, Lao was going to revitalize the planet and make it a serious ORD again. The planet had been a part of the Republic then moved into Separatist hands and then later into the Vongs. And probably with any luck and from what they had suspected it had fallen out of Vong hands sometime in the past number of years.
Lao and his half of dozen other Primeval troopers had been here for a few hours and Lao, upon arrival he had already tied into the local HNN and various other wireless communications and found something out that was quite interesting. Lao found out that the planet was owned by a number of local warlords that were attached to the Primeval. Lao would not change their allegiance to Primeval, just let them know that he was in charge. There were five in charge that made a sort of council. The bad news was it wasn't currently in session so he would have to personally visit all five. He was okay with that. He would visit them, show his badge and let them know what was going on.
Lao gave the order and they collected their stuff. It would take them a few hours to get to the closest warlord and he didn't want to waist any time. The closest one was a human male warlord in his late thirties named Osho Leidids. Lao didn't care for the name. He was here to collect.
