- Accessibility: Ásbyrgi is well known as Ser Leif's homestead, and is a prominent landmark in Hallkjavik. It is surrounded by a basic wooden fence, thoug
- Security: There is a basic wooden fence that has no real defensive value, used to mark property boundaries and entry points to the area. His fascination with technology also led him to acquire a small handful of droids to assist in defense as well. There are no autoturrents or surveillance equipment, but there are guards that stand watch from the two watchtowers - one at the gate, the other at the center.

[*]Description: Ásbyrgi is the homestead of Ser Leif Reykholt and those of his family. Close friends have also been invited to reside in his halls. Though only a home, Ásbyrgi functions much like a small village. It is self-sustaining, with pastures for raising livestock and solar technology to power all within it's walls.
POINTS OF INTEREST
- The Grand Hall: Where Leif officially receives guests and holds advisory council meetings. The building features raised ceilings and an abundance of artificial light, as there are few windows to allow for unwanted spying. It is also where Leif hosts parties and other special events.
- The Watchtowers: Simple guard towers that offer an advantageous view over Ásbyrgi and it's surrounding geography. Guards are posted here at all hours of the day, with generic blaster rifles to assist in defense.
- Hof Bridge: Though not technically a part of the property, the Hof Bridge grants accessibility to the main gates of Ásbyrgi over the Tjorn River.
