"Lord of Blades" was a title given to Darth Anathemous upon her ascension to the rank of Sith Lord, in recognition for her proclivity as a duelist and mastery of telekinetic lightsaber combat, where she often wielded many lightsabers at once, all captured from slain foes. She would further cement this legacy by going on to become a renowned sabersmith and by popularizing "tricksabers" among her sith students.
