STATEMENT.

The transitionary period of the ROYAL NABOO REPUBLIC into the HIGH REPUBLIC presents an opportunity for a new form of government which breaks away from the chains of the past to embrace a new future. With the announcement of this change comes with it challenges and a desire to maintain the status quo by some bringing about stagnancy which shall prevent the necessary work of realising the potential in the SOUTHERN SYSTEMS.

For example: the formation of the FIVE VEILS COMMITTEE (FVC) and revivification of the FIVE VEILS ROUTE was a glorious endeavour inspired by WEND MARICON and their desire to establish a hyperlane set to rival the CORELLIAN RUN. This great work, once realised, would bring new forms of commerce, trade and with them jobs across the multitude of star systems and worlds which make up this new Republic. Bureaucracy, in place of oversight, saw the FVC release their recommendation that the planet ENARC should be declined as a destination spot set to be located along the newly revived FIVE VEILS ROUTE therefore damaging it's credibility and status during this transitionary period from the ROYAL NABOO REPUBLIC into the HIGH REPUBLIC.

ENARC, a commercial planet at the confluence of several hyperlanes which connects the SOUTHERN SYSTEMS between the HYDIAN WAY and CORELLIAN RUN, was grievously attacked by the now defunct SITH ASCEDANT ORDER earlier this year which brought about great turmoil and strife for the people. The economic damage and instability brought about by this new conflict only intensifies the reality that the territories located near the border of the SITH EMPIRE are subject to open warfare at any given moment providing the need for a strong military leader.

It is the stated opinion of the TARSAI VIGIL that the new CHANCELLOR of the HIGH REPUBLIC requires the joint expertise of someone capable of navigating and therefore bringing forth the potential of the burgeoning markets of the SOUTHERN SYSTEMS to bring about a period of unprecedented economic growth while simultaneously possessing the required military leadership which is necessary in providing a defence and strategy in dealing with the great SITH threat.

Therefore we endorse SENTAPOTH FINDOS' candidacy for the position of CHANCELLOR due to his great work within the TRADE FEDERATION OF PLANETS and the CONFEDERACY OF INDEPEDENT SYSTEMS bringing with him his expertise in matters relating to trade, business, commerce, economics, politics and military. Only under CHANCELLOR FINDOS' leadership can ENARC and other systems affected by the events of the PLANETSHIFT or war will recover to bring forth a new prosperous future for this burgeoning HIGH REPUBLIC.
