Minor Faction - [RNR] State of Emergency (902 ABY)

The executive office of Her Majesty, Queen Inara Kalantha Berenko of Naboo, has declared a STATE OF EMERGENCY for the PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC, effective immediately, in response to recent events including, but not limited to:

the Netherworld incursion on Naboo;
growing tension in the Hapes Cluster;
the Neo-Crusader raid on Naboo;
and the Sith Ascendant attack on Enarc.

Under the provisions of the Republic Emergencies Act, the monarch of Naboo is granted a term extension for the duration of the emergency. The continuing conflict faced by the Republic shall be met head on by the continuing eminence of Her Majesty, Queen Kalantha, who has guided her people for two consecutive terms with grace and determination.

In addition to this extension levied by the Royal Assembly, the Republic shall grant the following authorities to the Crown for the duration of the emergency period:

deployment provisions for the Royal Naboo Defense Force, including the Vanguard;
executive orders for immigration services, trade agreements and embargoes, and diplomatic or ambassadorial support;
implementation or revocation of military industrial contracts;
and mobilization of planetary defense forces.
