The CIS welcomes all traders and tourists who wish to travel or trade through our territory in the same way we always have. Like all governments across the galaxy the CIS levies taxes in order to fund government services.

While no refugees will be turned away from the CIS, our priority has to be our citizens and their protection. As such we have recalled our military assets from their foreign deployments to relieve the stress on our forces and help to prevent incidents which affect our citizens.

We look forward to the continued patronage of our routes, and if the traders of the galaxy choose to seek out other routes we wish them the best.

In absence of recalled Confederate Forces, the Interstellar Union has deployed deployed vessels to ease the pressure many Galactic organizations find themselves in because of this proclamation. We urge civilians across the galaxy to remain calm and follow the instructions of their appropriate governments.

In addition, all Interstellar forces will be place under the direct jurisdiction of ruling state of every faction that inhabit this galaxy. I understand the shock, but the outrage is unesscary. The Confederacy has been through a lot over the pass two years including Invasions, Viruses, Attacks and Internal Issues. It is only nesscary that they take a step back from the issues of the galaxy in order to mend.

Please, do understand, they do this for the greater good of their citizens, and we have no right to complain, and every reason to help
