Greetings, I am Padawan Eloise Dinn of the Vonnuvi Jedi Enclave. I have enclosed with this message a copy of a recording of an encounter I had with Quinn Varanin, the Queen of Eshan, outside the Mandalorian Embassy on Naboo.
I know about Quinn because my parents are Sith, my dad's sorta related to her. She's been a Sith her whole life. I don't know what she's doing in Theed, because she sure as hell didn't seem very remorseful or repentant when I talked to her. In fact she denied everything and acted bored and annoyed the whole time. Spoiled brat believes she's an innocent victim and I was persecuting her.
You can complain about my conduct in the recording all you want, I don't care. Who wouldn't be pissed seeing a Sith walking free in the middle of Naboo? You guys should've done something about this already. Maybe you are working on dealing with it. Add this to the pile of evidence.
P.S. I will follow up to make sure the recording arrives safely and is not tampered with or destroyed. It was a pain in the ass making sure nobody saw the device, I'm not letting all that effort go to waste.
