this is an emergency holo broadcast for all citizens:
Do not travel to the Core Worlds due to the active presence of aggressive Imperial forces and Imperial occupation.
Any and all citizens of the High Republic who are currently residing within the Galactic Alliance, or along the newly formed borders of the Galactic Empire, are advised to evacuate immediately. The recently displayed acts of this newly formed regime, which goes against both sentient rights, and sentient decency, have made it abundantly clear that the safety and freedoms of Republic citizens can no longer be guaranteed within Galactic Alliance borders.
We recognize that many High Republic citizens may now be trapped, but please rest assured that we are working as hard as we can to mobilize everything that we have at our disposal to bring you and your loved ones back home. Until that time, we urge all our citizens to remain patient and vigilant, and advise you to observe these following guidelines:
- Do not travel alone.
- Avoid public areas and major thoroughfares.
- Do not openly display affiliation with the High Republic or Jedi Order.
- Cease use of Republic currencies; use local barter where possible.
- Remain in contact with family or a trusted contact when possible, using encrypted channels only.
- Avoid public assemblies, demonstrations, and refrain from ALL political speech.
- Do not attempt to cross borders unless instructed by verified Republic channels.
- Trust no one outside your known circle.
