Grace in Service, Resolve in Transition
It is with solemnity and unwavering devotion that I, Sibylla Ynez Abrantes of House Abrantes, submit my formal intent to stand as a candidate in the forthcoming Royal Election for the Sovereign of Naboo.
I do not take this step lightly. Naboo has ever been a world of grace and intellect, of strength forged not through conquest but through conviction as the Royal Republic. In the face of galactic chaos and growing uncertainty, our people have not faltered. Nor shall I.
My service as a Junior Representative has been guided but the beleif that that Naboo and the Royal Republic must remain united in its commitment to protect the peace and its ideals. I was honored to coauthor the Repatriation and Naturalization Act, which ensured safe harbor and opportunities for those displaced by war. And I have worked tirelessly beside Senator Eharl Sarn of Enarc during the treaty negotiations between the Foundation, the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and the Royal Republic, assisting with the integration of independent systems into the Crown Worlds, such as Zhar, Stewjon, Trifect, New Cov, and Vendaxa systems.
My vision as Sovereign is to fiercely protect Naboo's sovereignty while ensuring that our voice remains vibrant and influential within the evolving landscape of the High Republic. To enhance Naboo's standing as a premier beacon of artistry, diplomacy, and tradition through continued dynamic cultural exchange in the High Republic. Our rich heritage is not just a source of pride; it is the foundation of our identity, and I am resolutely committed to its preservation and promotion during this transition and beyond.
Moreover, I advocate for robust intergalactic cooperation and trade across the Crown Worlds, the Southern Systems, and beyond. By collaborating with our governmental partners, we will uplift these sectors and regions through meaningful dialogue, prioritizing understanding and partnership over domination.
May the Shiraya and the stars bear witness, and may the people of Naboo choose not merely tradition but vision for the future.
