DESCRIPTION

The Sphaera Tea Company likes to provide a plethora of teas, both normal in nature and ones with unique side effects. One of those is the Reeksa Root Tea.

Hailing from the jungles of Iego, Reeksa plants weren't easy to come by. The semi-sentient carniverous plants, once found, had to be killed in order for their roots to be harvested, which was no easy task.

Long ago it had been discovered that the Reeksa root had medicinal qualities that was strong enough to combat epidemics like the infamous Blue Shadow Virus. A cure was synthesized from the root.

Further study by the alchemists working for the Sphaera Tea Company discovered that Reeksa root worked well against other waterborn-based viruses as well. As such, the Reeksa Root Tea was created to offer the public a different and comforting way to take their medicine.

However one drawback was the Reeksa root's bitter taste, which could be subdued with various creams and sugars. Another drawback was that the effects weren't life-lasting, meaning that if a person was to become exposed to a virus after a 12 hour period, they would no longer be immune.

Still, the Reeksa Root Tea was created as a good way to help save lives.
