Rationale: Zhornee Imperial Industries was founded four hundred years ago, by Empress Hattel. It has always directly served the Zhornee Empire, and when Empress Mar'Dikan was crowned ruler, she inherited the company and all of it's holdings. Since then, she has used it mainly for mass-production of weapons and land-vehicles.

Description: Founded four hundred years ago by the Empress Hattel, Zhornee Imperial Industries' primary purpose is to create weapons and vehicles for the Imperial Army. Based in Kai-Ren, Vullain's second largest city, the cities sole purpose is to house factory workers and their families. With a work force in the tens of millions, ZII's advantage has always been to produce large amounts of cheap products quickly. It's products are never very powerful or durable, but there simply a huge amount of them.
Head by the Empress herself, the company is split into factory managers, who report directly to the Empress. The company has never and will never complete orders without the Empress's explicit permission, so those wishing to do business must first go through the political process.
