DESCRIPTION
Following a reorganization of what was formerly Bastion Holdings, IMPS relocated to the Lianna system and is backed by the Empire of the Lost as an "official-unofficial" type private military company sometimes hired by the government and othertimes allowed to act independently with certain restrictions imposed upon them by the Empire. This lets the Empire offer assistance to other factions without officially allying with them or officially declaring war on an opposing faction.
RATIONALE
This company has a twofold purpose: increase the amount of open-market Imperial goods and ships and act as a private military company for the Empire of the Lost enabling its members to provide aide and support to other factions government permitting without an official declaration of alliance or war, useful in these times when the diplomatic situation of the galaxy is rapidly changing.
