At some point, he is approached by a representative of the New Order, in an offer to finance his company, in exchange for a steady supply of ships. This funding allows Bolivar to hire more personnel, so he can stay on designing while his employees actually piece the ships together. Currently, Savant operates with no other factions, only the New Order. In business, Bolivar does not seek to take out rivals, but will do so if He feels his wealth is threatened.
