Abbigail had left the planet of Kinyen a good while ago, keeping to herself as she explored the galaxy around her, still looking for whatever it was she had been seeking the first time she'd visited the agriworld of Kinyen. It was a nice enough place, and she would have liked to stay and find Krest, but she'd gotten spooked by the bounty hunters that'd tracked Krest down a year ago. She didn't even know if he was still alive -- she had simply run. She wasn't proud of that fact, of course, but she'd done it, and that was that. All she could do now was promise herself that she wouldn't be such a coward in the future.
In the year that Abbigail had been away from Kinyen, she'd denied herself the luxury of a new master in the ways of the force -- not that she'd found many people who would have taught her, anyway. She felt that she didn't quite deserve it after she'd left her previous master in such a hurry. Still, now that a year had passed, Abbigail felt that it was time for her to move on with her training. The first step, for her, would be to find out what happened to Krest.
It was a soft daylight that poured over the fields on the day of her arrival, the cloud coverage just enough so that it would block the harshest rays but still allow for a bright, sunny afternoon. Abbigail had come back to Kinyen, planning to return to the spot that she'd last seen Krest, hoping that something would come to her. She knew any tracks would be more than cold by now, but she felt, for whatever reason, that if she went to that place, she might find something. Or perhaps the force would simply guide her to where she needed to be, as it tended to. She didn't know, exactly, but she stayed in the caves for nearly a week before emerging once more, having explored them thoroughly and even given meditation a try.
Wandering down the side of the mountain, sun shining down cruelly on her face in a way that would have been blinding, had she not been without normal sight to begin with, Abbigail took in a deep breathe of the fresh air. She sighed softly, speaking to herself, "No, it appears... I have gotten nowhere with this trip." She bit her lip in a moment of frustration as she finished speaking, walking through the plains at a rushed pace, her patience already worn thin after the week-long stay she'd had in the bleak, lonely cave systems of the mountains of Kinyen. That was when something caught her attention.
Abbigail was just about to pass by completely unnoticed, a few hundred meters away from where Krest stood, but something about the figure on the edge of her vision -- just standing there, as if waiting for something, or someone -- called out to her. She chose to approach carefully, stooping slightly so as to sneak through the tall grass of the plains. As she got closer and closer to the figure, Abbigail realized who it was, and for a moment believed that her mind was playing tricks on her. It was that same Aura she'd seen on her first trip to Kinyen, the same shape of the man who would have been her master.
Despite her thoughts that her mind may be deceiving her, Abbigail was overwhelmed with excitement, standing up quickly and letting out a soft cheer as she called out, "Master!" Standing only a few meters away from Krest, smiling like a fool and waving excitedly with one hand as the other stayed firmly at her side. Putting her hand down, now, Abbigail chuckled warmly and ventured to step a few feet closer, closing the gap between her and Krest, before suddenly stopping and pursing her lips, "Oh! Sorry.~" She said with a slight giggle playing in her voice as she bent at the hip, bowing to Krest respectfully and waiting to be told to rise.
