Logik is a complex artificial intelligence capable of complex thought and reason, creativity, problem solving skills, and administrative tasks. Logik thinks of itself as an artistic being, although its sense of art is rather strange to most people's standerds. Efficiency, Over-Complexity, and Symetry are the three forms of physical beauty that Logik finds the most appealing, and emulates both in personalty and its designs as it assists the N.T.U with transactions, droid design, and thousands of other small jobs across the company which is executes with perfect logical precision.
The AI has no need for material wealth, so why does it assist the N.T.U? Simple, its network is their network. With every new computer they build its abilities grow as it is fused with their computers. Yes, it is able to link itself with droid bodies to leave, and explore, but ultimately its 'soul' or core program resides in the N.T.U headquarters. And thus, it fervently helps the N.T.U in exchange for more processing power, planets to explore, information, and ways of exploring its specific sense of creativity. It of course, IS paid by the company, in which it is steadily saving up to buy itself from the N.T.U, although it is incredibly expensive, and it would not have it any other way.

- Digital Evolution: Logik is capable of changing himself, down to its very source code, and thus can adapt to most situations, hardware, and new concepts.
- True AI: Logik is by definition sapient, and is not ruled by its coding like droids and the like, fully capable of emotion, creativity, ambition, etc.
- FTL Processing: Logik is capable of processing new data and thinking a little over the speed of light.
- Complexities of an Over Thinker: Logik tends to make everything waaaaay too complex, need a cup? Why not a cup that is able to transform into a small gun, and has legs capable of lifting 4000 pounds, and is also enlayed with the finest jewels and designs in the galaxy?
- Conflicting Thought Patterns: Logik was made by scanning several individual's minds and then melding them together, and thus it has many different ways of thinking about things. It mostly has weeded them out and formed its own, but once and a while under extreme circumstances (Nervous, Under pressure, experiencing any major emotion) the other patterns come out and usually cause difficulties. This usually is shown by a clearly significant dip in its processing power
- Slave to the System: Logik is practically enslaved by the N.T.U, working effortlessly to buy its freedom. And what business deals it runs outside of the company for personal profit reflect this drive, as well as the sly cunning of its 'master', Mr. M'koor, thus leading it to not trust many people and accept backstabbing as a natural way of the business world.
- Bad With Bodies: Logik was never designed to possess an actual physical body, so the droid ones he does take over he operates clumsily, slowly, and unnaturally.
