To whomever it may concern,
Due to several circumstances I am resigning my post as admiral of the ODF. I have loved my time among you and wouldn't replace it for the world but I am being drawn towards a different future. I have been offered a job by someone else, It is an offer I can't refuse. I will always lend a hand if able, my employer be damned but I need to leave. I was asking my self why I would stay, I couldn't find a reason. You are brave and proud but I can't continue to fool myself. I have no friends among you, I have only my family and they are the reason I have to leave. So I bid you all farewell and wish you luck. I have made it clear I won't take arms against you. I hope you will respect me still as I served you with all my soul, but it is time for me to leave.
