are you looking for a more lean character ? Or more of a bulky character because as a wrestler with experience of the 170 pound weight class((freshman year anyway, Im way bigger now ) , a 5'4 170 pounder was usually very chubby, or a stocky, bulky, type dude . From your picture the character seems to look pretty thin/ lean, while in the end this is your character , but as a suggestion I would suggest making this character around 145- 147 ish , because looking at her with your height given thats about how much weight I would rate her. Now if your looking for that type build , then I would make her in the 150-155 range . Dont mean to be rude just pointing this out .

From your picture the character seems to look pretty thin/ lean,

Maybe I'd go as far as 130-140. 145 and up seems a bit much. I weigh less than that and I'm basically the same kind of build and three inches taller. Sure, I'm no athlete, but I'm not skin and bones either.

I was actually going for my own type build. Where I myself am like, 5' 2" and around 160 lbs. I'm very average. I didn't want her too be too lean, so I went with something that I'd probably be realistically if I was a couple inches taller. But yeah I may rethink her weight. The picture was honestly mostly for showing how she dressed, facial appearance, and hair.
