Amarant

Dead Men End All Tales.
If you couldn't tell by the play-by, I favor villains.

12. Solomon Grundy.
11. Dr. Nemesis. Best jokes ever.
10. Magneto. Captivating, conflicted and unstable.
9. The Question. Sarcasm, wit, and kung-fu. Waht more do you really need from a vigilante.
8. The Chameleon. Arguably my second-favorite Spidey Villain in general. A remorseless sociopath, identity thief, and his back story actually makes sense.
7. Mysterio. Another great Spidey-villain. Costume's cool in a nutty kind of way. Also, how many other villains can say the trick a hero into shrreding their hand punching a brick wall down. He also nearly convinced daredevil to a kill a baby because he supposed to "become the antichrist." Mysterio damages minds, kids.
6. Static Shock. Seriously, even in his comics he's fething hilarious. And still handles heavy topics well.
5. The Penguin. Arguably one of batman's sanest foes. Also one of his most dangerous.
4. Mr. Freeze. Mainly because of the Batman cartoons in the 90's. HIs story is deeply motivational, moody, and meaningful.
3. Spider-man himself. Not only does he have the set of super-powers I'd actually want, but he's honestly one of the superheroes who's actually just a good person.
2. Gambit. My favorite X-man. The strut, the powers, the accent, he's just that frickin' cool.
1. The Riddler. Same hair color as me, evil genius, running across multiple layers, and having a ton of fun with everything. Easily my favorite bat-villain.
