Well this is awkard

Note: Set during the CIS Dominion of Melida/Daan

Melida/Daan was quickly sinking on Kara’s list of places that were fun to visit. The place might have be a really nice place to shop or whatever normally, but right now there were undead monsters everywhere. That sort of thing really ruined the atmosphere, not to mention that coordinating landing zones was probably a pain now that all the dock worker’s faces had been chewed off. She really hoped that the others were all right, because there was no way she was fighting her way back to them in this mess.

Things would have been really bad if a complete stranger hadn’t shown up out of nowhere to help cut a path through the shambling masses. As it was, thing were only mostly bad. There was a pretty solid door in between them and all the flesh eating creatures of terror, and nothing had jumped out of the shadows to kill them yet. Now if only the stranger turned out to be someone friendly and not a monster that was just waiting to get her alone so he could rip her limb from limb or something.

“So, not that I’m not super happy you showed up out of nowhere and saved my life,” The Templar said, not wanting the man to be irritated with questions in the middle of them trying not to die. Some people could be testy about things like that. Personally, she wanted to know as much about the situation as possible before she bit it; that way should could make a full report in the afterlife. “But who are you exactly?”

Melida/Daan

He had come here for one simple purpose: her.

Being friends with the Grand Marshall sure gave him a lot of leeway, and even more so when he was helping with the reclamation of a world. Cavill had come here in search of one of the Templar Order's very own. It had been a mystery he had been intent on solving ever since he had murdered his father, and right before the old man had died he had made one request. "Find her, let her know she wasn't alone." Why he worried about her happiness, well that needed to be answered. As the brunt of the now headless, and deceased former Count's wrath his entire life, Jacen needed to know what was so special about her. That simple reference had led him down a path to see what his father's activities had been, and that led to many a mistress. Between running his business, and killing the Sith assassins that were regularly sent to find him had stalled the hunt. That had all changed when he found mention of one woman, a Queen.

Kirima.

From there it had been simple deduction finding the times that his father and the girl's mother had spent together, and how they all were at the right time for a child to be conceived. With that knowledge in hand he had come to Genesis, and gotten the go ahead to search for her. His reasons were his own, and the leader of the Confederacy had respected that. What the Marshall didn't know, was that Jacen didn't know exactly what he was going to do. Having made his way to the surface of Melida/Daan, he had found the undead rising everywhere on the world. Using the gift of his training, mastery of the Force, and the power of his rage he successfully had made his way all the way to her.

Covered in his robes, he had simply borrowed one of the dead Templar's silver lightsaber to keep up the appearance of someone who would be friendly to her. Once the threat was resolved, she finally spoke to him. Hunched over as he was, he would appear nearly six feet tall. This was intentional, a habit he had learned from his alter-ego that he used to keep his business running smoothly. "I saved you, to learn about who you are." With that, he threw the silver hued lightsaber to the ground and it deactivated without his thumb on the activation switch. Bringing himself to his full heigh of six feet, five inches, he pulled the robe off to reveal his distinct features and piercing blue eyes. "I want to know exactly why my father saw fit to be around your mother so much, and why he specifically mentioned you right before he died....."

Jacen slid the robe off to reveal the silver armor he wore with the Iron Skin armorweave body suit underneath it.

"...sister."

The stranger shifted once the immediate threat vanished, he dropped his lightsaber and robes, and stood up straight. This instantly made him about ten times more intimidating. It might have been safer outside with the face eating zombies. Now that he was separated from those things Kara could tell that he was giving off the same general feeling of offness that they had, only his presence was more focused. Almost predatory.

And then he started calling her sister and today was officially weird. This sort of thing didn’t happen outside of cheesy daytime holo-operas. As far as the official records on Kirima were concerned, she was an only child, and mother had made no mention of any other children. Which meant this guy was either lying or they shared a father. The latter wouldn’t be too much of a stretch the Count Cavill, the man who had most likely fathered her, hadn’t even bothered to stick around after she’d been conceived.

Kara hadn’t actually invested much time pondering over paternity since the only thing that mattered to the people of her planet was that she’d emerged from Mileena’s womb. However, if she went with the assumption that the Serreno nobleman was her father then. . .frack. This was Darth Krptus wasn’t it? She’d somehow managed to get herself separated from an army in a city overrun with zombies and then tripped over an axe Sith Lord who happened to be her brother.

“Oh…” Was there a standard procedure for this sort of thing? Screaming seemed like a good idea, but the Templar didn’t think she had enough air in her lungs to do the situation justice. Fainting? No, too cliché. She stumbled backwards a few steps to put some distance between herself and the man who made a hobby out of slaughtering the innocent. In keeping with the general theme of the night, her feet managed to find something to trip over within two steps, and she hit the ground in a spectacularly graceless fashion.
