Want to rebuild an abandoned planet?

Azure being a hitherto abandoned planet, albeit in Mandalorian space, one may be wondering about who would want to have its own corner of beachfront property where one can have peace and quiet.

Or runs an industry that heavily relies on water or operates underwater.

Or wants a secret underwater hideout (I'm looking for you scoundrels so long as you're at least neutral towards Jedi because Ugohr is a Jedi Brute)

Due to the nature of the planet, aquatic species characters are encouraged to participate.
