Description: Laminanium strike plates protect the wearer's front, ribcage area, neck, back, and shoulders while a complete underlay of armorweave covers the rest of the user's body in areas less likely to be hit. The arms are left uncovered in order not to impede their range of motion in a duel and to reduce weight. The armor in unpowered beyond the Laminium's needs and provides no special protection from the elements save moisture. (The cheek and other head pieces pictures pictured are not included.) The name was chosen because the armor was supposed to allow the user to remain agile and deadly like the Vornskr.
Shortly after joining the Hutt Cartel Domino took advantage of their resources to have a personal set of armor created that didn't make her look like a walking tank yet still protected her vital areas. After a few iterations she settled on the current incarnation with a few personal touches. Namely the lack of armor on the arms, the coloring, and the cloth coverings around the leggings and waist for cosmetic appeal. An independent manufacturer produces the plating and the armor is assembled in a cartel fabrication shop. The high quality of the materials, custom fitting, and limited production causes the armor to be quite expensive but well worth it in Domino's mind.
