Description: Developed in conjunction with the Yuuzhan Vong nearly 800 years ago, the plans for the original models have been vastly improved upon by modern technology and the leadership of Tefga Kasiljic, the Inventor. This armor uses the vonduun crab's spear-like legs to help burrow into the ground and help push along the wearer, granting vastly increased speed to what would normally be an extremely slow Hutt. The vonduun crab armor has crystalline properties, and allows resistance to blasters, slugthrowers, and even lightsabers. Aged versions of the armor allow for increased strength, and color varies from armor to armor, black being the standard. Vonduun crab armor is light-weight, and provides little burden to the wearer. Unable to cure the ailments the Yuuzhan Vong also suffered, the armor is weak against starfighter fire, Mandalorian crushgaunts, and is allergic to bafforr tree pollen.

Other Feature(s): One retractable talon is inserted in the gauntlet of each arm of the armor, mixing a variety of the Yuuzhan Vong's technology into the battle suit. Unlike other Vonduun Skerr Kyrric armors, this type of armor has a helmet, and does not suffer from the "grip talon" effect that splits a user's smile to appear grotesque.
