Population: Urban Center

Demographics: 92% Human 8% Alien

Featured Points of Interest:

First Imperial Military Academy: Where the best and brightest who wish to serve the First Order come to study, to learn and to understand what it is to wear the uniform. Members of the First Imperial Navy, First Imperial Medical Service, First Imperial All-Surface Guard and the First Imperial Naval Reserve as well as their Starfighter Corps counterparts and the First Imperial Army come to learn. Although, the Army and Starfighter Corps are transported back to their home outside of Victoria to continue their studies outside of the basic academic courses. Cadets who study here will ultimately move on to become officers, commanders and the future admirals and generals of the Order. They are accepted through either testing or a sponsorship for those who are not yet First Order citizens.

  • Rec Fields: The Recreation Fields serve both the Academy and the City of Victoria, here is where a variety of field sports can be played, it is also where the marching band comes to practice and where many have a picnic or two when a game or marching session is not in practice. Weddings, graduations and many other events are held here and the fields are maintained to an exact science.
  • Administration: This is where the Military Academy's administration works out of it, it is also now home to the Victorian Music Academy's Administration. Administration includes admissions, the testing centre, enrollment, registration, uniform distribution, and the financial centre for those who need it.
  • Medical School: The future doctors, nurses, pharmacists and scientists come here to study, many will be part of the First Imperial Medical Services, others will move on to the First Order Division of Science. At the moment there is a petition to change the name to the School of Medicine and Science. The competition to be accepted here is quite stiff, out of everyone who applies only 9% are accepted and of the those accepted only 3% graduate, the others fail, drop out or chose other career paths.
  • Engineering School: Civil, Combat, Mechanical, Computer, and all other divisions of Engineering are housed here, the school is relatively small which means acceptance rates are low, although not as difficult as the medical school it is still quite the battle to be accepted, 14% are accepted and then of those accepted only 8% graduate the others fail, drop out or chose other career paths.
  • Academics and Command: General academics are housed here and so is command school, and officer school for those who first enlist and then decide to become officers once obtaining the fifth enlisted rank of their respective branch. Here is where Army, Starfighter and Navy learn together they also eat together as this is where the cafeteria is housed as well as the main library and the auditorium.

Center of the Arts: The City of Victoria boasts some of the finest in Impressionist and Abstract art, it also plays hosts to the City of Victoria Philharmonic Orchestra, the City of Victoria's Pop Orchestra and the City of Victoria's Choir of the Cosmic Balance. Here is where some of Dosuun's finest musicians also come to train, as the Victorian Music Academy works with Avalonia and Prosperia to not only train musicians but to keep them in work by sending them throughout First Order territory as smaller groups and orchestras to perform. The Center of the Arts is also looking forward to opening its own Academy of the Fine Arts, or the Victorian City Academy of the Dramatic Arts.

Archives and Documentation Library: The official library of archives and documentation, does it best to keep the Imperial records intact as they were when they were first obtained. Finding those records are getting harder to come by these days. Archives and Documentation tends to be a bit misleading, most assume this is where the official First Order Archives are held and that is simply not true, but what is held here, is history. Galactic History or Galactic History as the First Order and other Imperial Historians have come to see it as. The Library also maintains backup mainframes for all First Order civil data, the Library is one of five sites that plays hosts to these documents. In addition, the Documentation section keeps tabs on history as it occurs and works to maintain an up-to-date circulation of textbooks for both the Military Academy, the Primary Imperial and Secondary Imperial Academies.

Admiralty Hill: It is as it sounds, this is where Admirals come to retire, it is also where other members of the military, prominent civil service, and other branches come to retire. It serves both as a residential area and as an assisted living facility for those in need. As the assisted living facility is a non-profit organisation, those who do live in the residential area of the hill often pay a higher premium for their homes as to help offset the costs for the elderly or disabled who live in the assisted living facility across the way. Those who live in the assisted living facility, receive free health care from FIMS and the Medical School in Victoria. Both parts of Admirality Hill have been beautifully designed to overlook the entire city and some say it is the highest point in the entire city. It is also where the city commissioner resides.

Promenade: This is where most of the young and thriving tend to be, but rather, so are the more notable commanders. The Promenade is quite small and has a limited capacity but its location on the water serves as a focal point. This is where one can take a ferry or a boat and get to other cities on Dosuun by water if they wish, or they can simply rent a boat out from the nearby docks. The Promenande is more than just a simple 'watering hole,' it is where those who wish to make a name for themselves come. Camaraderie isn't hard to find here, it also boasts the wall of honor, the names and photographs of those who have passed on are placed on this wall and it is here they are forever remembered.

Not Featured Points of Interest:

Williamstown: A large young, urban district built out and around the Military Academy. It houses those who could not find housing on campus and boasts the infamous Lucas Street. Bars here have a reputation that you won't quite remember things the same way when you leave. There's also Fysher Taxi, the main taxi company of Victoria you can easily track down your Fysher by using the app on any holo device. Williamstown houses many small flats, and studios for those who are living on their own or just need a place to rest for the night.

Earl Jones Bridge: Earl Jones Bridge is the main bridge into Victoria, named for an Earl from Galidraan the Bridge was erected as way to maintain the Grand Moff's preferred method of transportation. It was also a way to keep the cities connected in case of a disaster as the bridge would serve as a rallying point. There is a sign just before you cross it on your way out of Victoria, and it says, "Keep pushing for progress. Progress in your life, and progress in the people around you. Keep Pushing for It." A reminder to all that no matter what the circumstances or the odds that they must all keep pushing for progress, to keep moving forward as there is no use in looking backwards.

Description: Victoria City or the Third City is a progressive city of innovation, technology and modernity. Simplistic designs are the norm here, nothing too complex or complicated. Victoria is a city of education, a city of the arts and a city of movement. Here they boast the slogan, you are free to be you. So long as of course, you also tend to your taxes and honour the Supreme Leader with every fibre of your being, but then every First Order citizen already knows this. Victoria being home to the Military Academy, a Music Academy and even the traditional Victoria City University understands that many of its citizens are young adults who perhaps for the first time have left home. Many of Victoria's services and culture caters to this younger generation as such Victoria is currently in talks to build a holosport convention centre built to feature the new holo-gaming sporting events, including the Stormtrooper's Duty and Imperial Counter Attack. Of course, all events are approved by the state first. Victoria City is a no-fly zone, meaning no vessels, vehicles, shuttles, speeders or any other flying or airborne craft may take to the sky. The reason for this is that Victoria would like to maintain the skies for the Military and their exercises, primarily for the Starfighter Corps and their cadets who need the space and skies to train in.

History: Constructed to be the original capital of Dosuun before Avalonia won the bid, Victoria or the former Primo Victoria was then turned into an educational city, a place where the best and brightest minds would come to learn, to study and train. Victoria was designed by a construction team commissioned by Valessia Brentioch and approved by Grand Moff Natasi Fortan. Valessia would eventually give the city's construction over to Lauriver Design and Construction, the same company who held the contract for Prosperia. Much of what would have been offices devoted to the government were turned into the academic and command centre. Other parts of the city were turned into housing or commercial zones, and eventually, Victoria somehow came to host a school for music. What would have been a centre for Cosmic Balance was turned into the eventual Victorian Music Academy. There is a Center for Cosmic Balance in Victoria but one cannot see the dome of the temple beyond the main towers that make up the skyline of Victoria. And when Victoria was completed it had no dedication ceremony, the schools and academies held small opening day ceremonies but beyond this, there was nothing done for the city itself.

Intent: To establish the First Order's third city for role-playing purposes, and give background to our Military.
