Strengths:

Description: Velok's ritual knives are chipped from Greater Calama shell, a rough equivalent to Hijarna stone. The handles are Nighthunter bone. Both substances are extremely durable. These knives, patterned after traditional Whiphid shamanic implements, were alchemically imbued with the Dark Side during Velok's ritual at the site of a Darksider massacre. Their imbuement is limited to a single effect: when these knives are used in any prolonged or elaborate ritual, the ritual's result is strengthened and prolonged by a significant amount. (This is generally around 20-30%, if such things can be measured accurately: enough to make a difference, but not a radical change.) Velok gifted several of these knives to his associates, such as [member="Sasha Santhe"], [member="Darth Ignus"], [member="Tai Fa"], [member="Darth Gallus"], [member="Grimoire"], [member="Calina Ovmar"], and [member="Onley Xiangu"]. Admittedly, a knife to him is a short sword to them, or larger. Still, this isn't primarily a combat weapon, just a durable ritual tool.
