Description: Designed based off of heavy gravity room technology to provide a more intense training regiment. The plating can be set along a ships inner hull to allow it to adjust as needed the gravity so long term space exploration can offer different levels of training for soldiers and recruits. Testing grounds and adjust and vary to teach or in some cases with a safer method they will allow anti grav adjustments to train and work in zero g conditions for a time. The levels that the plating can adjust to range from the easy and the average to bone crushing levels that can be used as an internal defense mechanism the ship board defense systems can use to stop and hold other groups in place with areas of intense gravity to cause the invaders to crush them to the floor or leave them suspended in place.
