Two Sig/Rank Title/Tags

I was hoping I could perhaps get two rank titles, ideally maintaining the uniform border/look/style of, y'know, basically all of them already in existence.

True Neutral -- I know this one has been made a thousand times, but it would be cool if I could get a background in Indigo.

Nihilist -- I'd just like to see an updated version of this one, preferably still rocking a grey or black color scheme.
