Rank: Sith Knight/Inquisitor
Role: Sorcerer/Alchemist

Age: 28 (degradation makes him appear to be a highly-diseased Khil in his late seventies or eighties)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 146 lbs
Force-sensitive: Yes

Master: N/A

Personality

Tsisaar is a generally quiet individual - he much prefers to stay in the archives or in his quarters and study, reading the words and gathering the wisdom of the ancients; growing up on Arkania, a planet that was pretty much locked in a singular winter, as well as being less of a man and more of an experiment both contributed to this development in his personality. Still, for those that manage to become close acquaintances or friends of the man will find that he does have a measure of appreciable humour, when he does decide to speak.

Other than that, he is a very respectful individual - any Sith above him he will treat as befits their rank, nor will he lord himself over younger acolytes or find himself annoyed when more experienced acolytes act in ways he won't - unless, of course, it serves to harm the general order of things.

Another facet of his personality that was influenced by his upbringing is his love of stability and order, and how much he detests anything that might threaten those. Arkania, ruled by the traditionalist and conservative Arkanians, is a rigid world, very heavily stratified and ordered within the bounds of society. He is quite fond of routine, being able to carefully plan out and know how his day is going to work - and quite dislikes it when anything happens to stir up his day, be it beneficial or detrimental overall.

More important than that, though, is how he views those who seek to harm the stability and order of the Sith Empire itself. He is of the opinion that any rebellious movements that might arise - or even simple dissidents - should be dealt with quickly and harshly, to remove any potential threat they might show. This is a powerful feeling within him, and one that he treats quite seriously - while infighting can be a beneficial thing when it encourages everybody to grow stronger, for example, Tsisaar holds nothing but contempt for those who simply seek to create chaos with their fighting, or those who kill weaker - but still useful - beings simply for no other purpose than to show their own power, due to the threat they pose to maintaining stability.

Lastly, Tsisaar is a highly perfectionistic individual, one of the few values his "father" managed to instill in him. This perfectionism feeds many things, including his tenacious drive to continually better and strengthen himself; it also fuels powerful senses of anger and self-loathing, generating a belief that Tsisaar is nowhere near the level of physical perfection he should be, with the anger being directed almost entirely at his creator for his failures in generating a perfect specimen of Khil kind.

Appearance

While on most levels of outward observation Tsisaar appears to be nothing more than an average Khil roaming the galaxy, further investigation will yield different results than simply watching him pass by in the street. The most easily noticeable difference will be his eyes - where many Khil have eyes that match those of various other species in having distinguishable irises, pupils, and sclera, Tsisaar's are instead a flat grey, verging on black. His hands lack the normal five digits of most Khil, instead possessing three clawed fingers and a thumb on each hand, both the hands and the eyes being an attempt by the Arkanian madman who created Tsisaar to try and see if he could make the mutated Khil match the Arkanian standards of genetic perfection in any way.

Delving further reveals more differences; Tsisaar's facial tendrils (huleppi) are on the long side for most Khil, reaching down to his sternum. His skin is a more greyish colour than normal, reaching a shade more normal for very old or sickly Khil, than for a young one seemingly in the prime of health - Tsis has yet to determine himself whether this colouration is due to his unique creation or corruption by the dark side. Very abnormally, underneath his tendrils he has a functional jaw, with fully developed teeth, larynx, esophagus, etc. - this is due to further "improvements" by his creator, both by the addition of DNA to cover the creation of the jaw and mouth structure as well as careful control during embryonic formation. This, coupled with a modified gastrointestinal system, enables Tsisaar to subside off of an omnivorous - rather than herbivorous - diet, though when in public he generally still follows the diet of most Khil.

Over the course of his training as an acolyte, Tsisaar's appearance has changed somewhat; other than having developed numerous scars that he didn't possess before, the frontmost of his huleppi is missing the bottom third of its length, after an unfortunate encounter with a Starweird. As well, in general, his skin pigmentation is starting to become blotchy and even greyer than before, reminiscent of the colour of a very old, near-dead member of his species; his eyes have sunk deeper into his head, and the skin around them has started to sag. While it has yet to take full effect, it is obvious that the beginning stages of clone degeneration are beginning to set in, accelerated by his connection to the dark side.

His clothing generally consists of simple, loose-fitting robes and similar garments, much like many upper-class Khil amongst the galaxy - though he does have fairly standard Sith robes as well, and some simple plasteel armour that he can wear when he expects a battle. He does have a lightsaber, a fairly simple example of such a weapon that was given to him to learn with after joining the Sith Order, though he does hope to construct his own some day in the future. He has, however, taken to modifying it himself; alongside the red synthetic crystal that was already in it, he added in the stone he'd picked up on Gravlex Med, one of the Stones of Pho Ph'eah, making his blade paler and than normal, and shedding very little light. As well, after the Dominion of Kruskan, he has added in a Shard of Nil as an extra crystal, enabling him use his lightsaber to cast Force Insanity upon his foes...and himself.

Attributes

Owing to where his focus lies when using the Force, Tsisaar's capabilities focus more towards the mental than the physical. An insatiably curious man and an avid student, he has become very intelligent in his time since joining the Sith, spending the majority of his time available in the archives, almost obsessively accruing information on a daily basis. He is not, however, naturally charismatic or personable - preferring to be a loner in general - though when he needs to obtain something, either for his own personal use or under command from a higher ranking Sith, he can be quite persuasive (or, should it be necessary, intimidating). He is also quite wise for his age, though owing to his scholarly bent and how much of the "Old Masters'" learning he has absorbed, this is not particularly surprising.

Physically, he is not particularly strong, barely meeting the requirements to be considered average amongst most of the galaxy. Nor does he have a particularly high pain tolerance, preferring to avoid getting hit whenever possible. However, to compensate for both of these he has focused on increasing his speed and dexterity, making his finesse and control be his weapons, rather than strength; should he be found in a lightsaber battle, his focus is always on putting up a powerful defense, both in parrying his opponents' attacks and in simply dancing around them, until finding an opening he can exploit and ending the battle in one quick stroke.

He has trained quite a bit in using the Force since finding his way to the Sith Empire six years ago, having mastered the very basics that all Acolytes are expected to, in the realms of telekinetic attacks, simple enhancements to speed, strength, and endurance, leaping through the Force, such powers as those. He has shown a skill in Force Persuasion and a want to practice further mental manipulations, although as of yet his persuasions are only infallible against those of the weakest of wills - though the extra mental push does help a little when dealing with more intelligent and strong-willed beings. He has also been practicing with generating Force Lightning, and in draining the life from other beings and creatures around to fuel his own healing - though without the aid of a master, his progress so far in those areas has been slow. His focus in lightsaber combat, meanwhile, lies in Soresu, though he intends to supplement the extremely-defensive form with either Makashi or Niman in the future, in order to introduce some extra offensive capability - mainly he leans towards Niman between those latter two, due to the ability to more-easily implement the Force in its focus.

As a Sith Knight, his skills have enhanced further. Already having essentially mastered the basics when it came to Force use, Tsisaar now has far more development in more esoteric powers. Force lightning comes easily to him, and he is able to generate powerful, prolonged bursts without putting too much strain on himself. His forays into the mental world have grown as well, somewhat at odds with his declining mental state. Without the use of his Shard of Nil, he is able to execute effective, directed mental-attacks at his enemies, to induce feelings of fear in them, or try to rip information from their minds; his proficiency in mind tricks has grown as well, making it a more valid tactic against the average galactic denizen. However, it still isn't perfect, and his skills in mental attacks still pale in comparison to the raw power of the Shard of Nil, should he use it—which he often does, in a battle situation, saving the more controlled attempts for use in interrogations.

Biography

Tsisaar's creation was an oddity amongst the Khil, as he was not produced via the union of two members of his species. The majority of his DNA was supplied by a male Khil, a slave (read: indentured servant) worker in the Arkanian mines. As he was considered a model worker, obedient, intelligent, and in prime physical condition, the Arkanian scientist - a man named Daron Isrul - who created Tsisaar took numerous genetic samples from the worker and sent him on his way, before getting to work on creating what Isrul hoped would be the "perfect physical specimen of a Khil to ever exist." Of course, Isrul felt that the Khil themselves were not yet at the pinnacle of their own evolution, so he introduced numerous traits into the developing embryo that would become Tsisaar to make him more pure. This included the creation of a proper jaw and larynx, which was hoped to prevent the formation of the huleppi; the introduction of having four clawed digits per hand, rather than the five normal for a Khil; as well as the attempt to give the embryo pure white eyes. Overall, Isrul was fairly incompetent with his attempts at genetic manipulation, so none of his enhancements worked entirely the way he wished (and Tsisaar was exceedingly lucky not to come out a horribly deformed monstrosity), except for one - the Khil he had taken the DNA from had been shown to be Force sensitive, so Isrul had hoped to preserve that trait, or perhaps even make the developing child stronger; in this aspect, he had succeeded.

Tsisaar's earliest memories, then, were of being referred to by his experimental number - Experiment-013, or simply "E13." Every reference to his name came with disappointment from Daron Isrul, though the scientist - in one of his few moments of compassionate thought - decided to spare and teach Tsisaar, in the hopes that the failed attempt to create a pure Khil could help him in other ways. Even as he educated the thing he had made, however, Isrul still treated it with contempt and loathing, instilling the same views in Tsisaar that Daron Isrul had...though they were always coupled with a steadily growing anger for the scientist. Ultimately, after Isrul had sought to inform Tsisaar of his ability to use the Force, giving the mutant Khil materials with which to learn, Tsisaar's ability with the Force quickly grew beyond the bounds of what Isrul was able to control. Coupling this with Tsisaar's love of history led to the Khil learning of the Sith Order, one that piqued the young Khil's interest far more than did the Jedi, what with the promise of perfection through power, through breaking one's chains and setting themselves free.

In Tsisaar's mind - as he named himself after having studied the Sith language for a time - he had never been anything more than a failed experiment and a slave. And so long as Daron Isrul remained alive and able to hold him down, he would never be anything more than that, regardless of his own personal aspirations or abilities. So - around the time he was approaching his sixteenth 'birthday' - he gave in to the constant feelings of self-loathing and hatred that surrounded him, telekinetically snapping Daron Isrul's neck. After proceeding to then wipe any records that Isrul had of his existence and deleting any camera footage that existed of the murder, Tsisaar stole Isrul's personal ship, flying the decrepit spacecraft into Sith Empire space and selling it to a junkyard for whatever credits the Khil could obtain, before presenting himself at the nearest Sith Temple he could find and being inducted into the order.

The next six years from then were spent by Tsisaar in relative seclusion, learning in classes at the temple, studying in the archives, and practicing every last thing he was taught obsessively. Now, however, he feels that his power has grown enough that he can start acting rather than simply learning, trying to earn a name for himself, and hopefully the recognition of a master.
