Many Triumvirate Troopers™ are formed from the general infantry deserters that accompanied Darth Carach and his sector fleet in their exodus from One Sith space. As a result, most of them are already trained and veterans of some large battles and minor skirmishes. Unfortunately, an army cannot be maintained on deserters alone.
Upon establishing themselves in their area of space, the Sith Triumvirate set about merging planetary defense forces and militias into their ranks as well as a general recruitment drive. These militias and former defense force volunteers were little more than armed rabble, so the Triumvirate elected to retrain them into something more viable.
This training was overseen by Luca Thorne, a royal guardsman and veteran of many of the One Sith’s most pivotal battles. While he could not personally train all of the millions of men and women who now make up the Triumvirate Stormtrooper Corps, Thorne was instrumental in crafting the regimen that would serve as the cornerstone of Triumvirate military training doctrine. The result was a gaggle of rabble being transformed into an armed, tangible, and reliable fighting force.
The primary weapon of choice for the Triumvirate Troopers™ is the HHR1-VWS. It is essentially their E-11, only far more modular and adaptable to any number of situations. All soldiers are well versed in its use. While this is the standard issue weapon of the Sith Triumvirate, this is not the only one employed. Specialists are trained in the usage of other weapons in addition to the HHR1-VWS in order to complement their squad.
