DESCRIPTION:
General Dex Rostu has always had a great love for the stories of times past. As a child, he grew up hearing tales of heroic Jedi combating evil Sith, myths about the origins of the worlds, and epics about the conquests of the various empires. Yet what fascinated him the most out of all these stories were those about the Mandalorian Crusaders of old. Growing up, Dex came to admire the warrior culture and over the years, came to even emulate them in certain aspects. When Dex ascended to the position of High General, and the time came to design weapons which could adequately defend the people of the Republic, one of the first designs he had commissioned was one inspired by the stories of old: a towering war droid.

Through years of trial and error, and extensive tests with the help of the Jedi Order, the Titan-Class War Droid was born and entered into Republic service. The Titans have a numerous assortment of projectiles within their respective arsenals; such as concussion, flash, hallucinogenic. Also, they are armed with repeater-laser cannons.

Among its most innovative armaments is the system of thrusters installed upon its body. These thrusters are utilized in order to quickly move the lumbering droid out of harms way, though they only operate in short bursts. Furthermore, certain thrusters, such as the ones mounted upon the arms, allow the War Droid to punch vehicles with tremendous force which may topple them over and render them immobile.

Next is a simple, large blade which can be utilized to cut into (or entirely through) the hulls of enemy armor.

I'll lay it out plain. I am severely concerned with this things present armament. It's practically an armored division unto itself. Some of its weaponry, specifically the newer, I suspect user-created, tech has very little in the ways of describing it. On the one hand, it's stated as being borderline unique, but there are hints dropped in its description which would imply a larger number of these droids in service.

To be frank, I have no intention of having any more than two of these units on active duty at any given time. Furthermore, the majority of the armaments, save for the extendable arms and hallucinogenic missile launcher, have canon roots. Most are simply a step above a variety of existing grenades, except in missile form.
