DESCRIPTION

Tianzun is the name bestowed upon the sword crafted by the hands of Isley Verd, a Master Alchemist, for his apprentice: Matsu Xiangu. Aesthetically, the weapon is largely of an Atrisian design known as a Dao. The most notable feature about this particular style of sword, as opposed to the norm, is that a Dao features a single cutting edge. However, despite the fact that Tianzun only features a single cutting edge, the features gained through its creation by Sith Alchemy are the norm for Sith Swords. To begin, the process by which the choice metal was manipulated at a molecular level resulted in an impressive sum of durabilities being added to the finished product. These include imperviousness to the blades of lightsabers, in addition to the ability to deflect or reflect blaster bolts or lasers with ease. What's more, the process generally results in the addition of a grievous sum of weight onto the resulting weapon; but the alchemist circumvented this through the incorporation of Desh-Terenthium. While this adds the potential of floppiness being a consequential feature, it effectively removes one of the key drawbacks of creating a Sith Sword.

In terms of relationship with the Force, Tianzun possesses a noticeable aura of the Dark Side. However, unlike armaments that are considered "masterworks", this aura is not of a Nexus magnitude; but is instead a simple aura that is synonymous with those given off by a correctly-assembled lightsaber when wielded by the average Sith. The relationship with the Force also results in a unique reaction to Force-based electricity. When exposed, Tianzun acts as a lightning rod, attracting and absorbing the energies into its length. Then, upon the next impact, these energies are released; thereby presenting the potential for grievous electrical damage upon the target. Finally, some of the last features of Tianzun revolve around its exceptional resilience. In fact, the weapon is nay indestructible; but typically would pose the risk of dulling through continued usage. However, Isley saw fit to remedy this by keening the blade on what he has dubbed a "Sith Whetstone"; which is composed of Svoltan Rhyolite. As a whole, Tianzun is the definition of a standard Sith Sword that has been carefully and caringly assembled for usage by the alchemist's newest apprentice.
