Intent: To create a training ground for members of The Resurgent Empire, on Korriban.
Classification: Temple/Academy.
Cannon: Yes, here.
Location: Korriban.
Affiliation: The Resurgent Empire.
Description:

The beauty and vast history that comes with the Great Sith Temple of Korriban, is astounding. Which explains why The Resurgent Empire would choose the location to house the main location of education within the Empire. The Temple would act as a home for the Councillor of Education, as well as all those below him who serve for the same function. Teaching. The temple is old, yet re-furbished to remain strong enough to build within and re-establish it's former glory. Once entered their would be a staircase directly in front of you leading upwards with two kneeling humanoid statues on either side along with three doors each labled in a foreign language.

The first reading Massassi, the second being Kissai and the final one reading Zuguruk. Within each of these would be training rooms and facilities suited to that caste. The Massassi mostly having training rooms, encased with hololasers to keep whatever is within... in. The Kissai, being equiped with soundproof chambers and labrotories to research and write in their own chambers and the Zuguruk being given a large workshop. Followed by class rooms. Members of a different caste were still welcome to use another Caste's facilities for whatever they would need.

Up the staircase would lead to a hallway, which led into a library filled with ancient texts. Including the inner sanctum. Along with that was an elevator recently fitted, to give easy access to the higher floors. Which had resident's quarters and more importantly the Council Chambers.

Back Courtyard.
The back courtyard was mostly used for training excersizes or simply training drills, for attacks on the temple organised by temple security. Though, ancient statues of the old Sith surround and overlook the courtyard as if guarding it.
The courtyard is usually populated frequently. A popular location for Lightsaber lessons. The redstone, structures surrounding give it an ancient aesthetic feeling along with the rest of the exterior of the temple.
Grand Hall.
Within the temple, below the ground lay a large open room. With pillars extending on each side of the room, decorated with The Resurgent Empire's flags. At the front, was a large podium, for a speaker to stand upon. Though, the room would be layed with a thick red carpet across the floor and candles lighting the remainder of the room.

Inner Sanctum.
The Inner Sanctum, is where ancient text was prescribed into the wall by overseers of the past. Records are kept of times even when the temple were under attack. Some of the texts are however damaged due to aging. The sanctum is usually guarded at all times, as it contains a vault within it. Holding artifacts and the like of the Sith. Only accessible by members of the council themselves. Others will require access from a Council member to gain access.
Armoury.
On the ground level, there was a door. Sealed to a key-code, on few knew about. Once opened though, would reveal a large armoury, stacked with weapons to aid and protect the temple, when the time comes. The room was sealed with 5-inch solid walls, along with making it difficult to not only get inside, but sense inside. The door was encrusted with intricate patterns.

Council Chambers.
The council chambers, potentially the most important location within the temple. Where a large majority of the orders within The Resurgent Empire are placed. The councillors each have their own seats within the room, surrounding a large holoprojector. It is told that the door is constantly locked, and guarded at all times.
To gain an audience from the council a request is required beforehand unless urgent.
Security.
A crucial part of the temple, and what had been there historically. Where the jailer would keep prisoners and torture them. Gaining information out of them, when needed. This would also act as a detainment for anyone disobeying The Resurgent Empire on Korriban.
Accessibility:

The Temple of Korriban is known for being difficult to gain access to due to the surrounding creatures in the known area. The best way to get to the temple would be to land using transport ship provided. Though clearance will be required in order to do so. It is possible to get to the temple on foot, though extremely difficult having to fight your way through what lurks within and around the location.

Failed and exiled acolytes are known to historically squat on the premise, making it twice as hard to make your way around as you are more than likely to run into one or two at one point if you were to enter any of the surrounding Temples of Sith Lords.

Security:

The Temple was home to countless Force-Sensitives. There would be little need for security except from keeping said residents from places they shouldn't be. Guards were posted in high-priority locations to prevent students and curious Sith from places they are not supposed to venture into. The Council chambers for example.

Population:

As a training ground, the location is usually heavily populated by people wishing to learn and other swho are willing to teach to them. Some of the most powerful beings in the galaxy visit here. Heavily Populated, at all times.

History:

Some say the Temple pre-dates the Sith, though that is nonsense. It is unknown the exact date that the temple was first built, though it is said to be around 5000 BBY. Leading up to the Sith Holocaust. The temple has been rebuilt and re-furbished countless times, though still remains to keep it's iconic aesthetics and history.

Told to be the starting point of many now powerful and respected Sith Lord's training, the Temple is a key-point to any Sith who respects the history of the Old. Korriban has been turned into a graveyard countless times, though it always seems to find it's way back to it's former glory.

More recently, the planet was taken by the Jedi. Removed and revoked from it's ownership of the Sith. Soon enough, as always the Sith organization known as The Resurgent Empire took back what was rightfully theirs.
