Name: The Hidden Valley AKA "The Lost World"

Images: (Map coming soon if I can get it)

Classification: Tropical Valley

Location: Deep in the Jungles near the equator of Agamar

Size: Medium

Population: None, though there are signs that people may have been here many years ago

Demographics: None

Points of Interest:
  • There are many small waterfalls, but there is one considerably large one made by a river flowing from some nearby mountains.
  • There are many ponds and lakes (It is a very wet place) in the valley, but there is one larger lake which a river flows into toward the Northeast side.
  • Most of the environment in the valley is composed of dense jungle, but the Northeast is composed of tropical plains and the eastern portion is made up of a large bayou style swamp, with a portion of the Southern part being coniferous jungle.
  • A Mountain Range surrounds nearly every part of the valley. The only way in is a thin gulch.
Near the center of this ring shaped valley is another, smaller mountain range, this one more volcanic than the rest. It has one large peak at the center which shows signs of eruption.

Description: This is a large valley undiscovered by science... until now. In the tropical part of the Binka Forests, it lay secluded away from civilization for hundreds, maybe thousands, of years. Unable to escape, many types of extinct or otherwise unknown organisms now have been left with entire populations intact and thriving in only this region. As said previously, most of the environment in the valley is composed of dense jungle, but the Northeast is composed of tropical plains and the eastern portion is made up of a large bayou style swamp, with a portion of the Southern part being coniferous jungle. Many of the valley's inhabitants can be very dangerous if provoked, and many are also new to science. There are some signs that there may have been a civilization here at one point, but if there was, it is all but extinct now.

History: It is currently unknown exactly how long ago the valley was formed, but more data is being collected by scientists and will soon be analyzed. It could have been formed anywhere from hundreds to millions of years ago.
