The Lost Angel

Attached is what I am currently working on, James Justice's private ship since the Drunken Angel got accidentally destroyed by a nameless employee *cough cough....[member="stardust"] *

Anyway, I went out and bought like four of these things and right now this one is going to be the one that James is considering primary. Here is the template so far--if you have suggestions or comments, feel free to add them.

Affiliation: James Justice
Manufacturer: Tenloss Corporation, Modified by James Justice
Model: Abattoir-class
Modularity: Highly customizable; weaponry may be changed out.
Production: unique
Material: Alusteel, durasteel, transparisteel, Matrix armor, and other starship construction materials, ultrachrome plating.
Length: 20m
Height: 5.5m
Width: 15m
Crew: 1 (plus astromech)
Passengers: 3 max

Armament: The Abattoir features five separate hard-points for weapons which are listed below. Each non-missile hard-point have the options of being mounted as fixed forward, Gimbal mounted (180° lateral, 90° vertical angle), or Ball Turret Mounted (360° lateral, 90° vertical angle). Though they are are able to be interchanged easily by the ship's design, James prefers to keep the following as the default settings, mounted on ball turrets:

1x underside nose mount: Rail gun
Left wingtip mount: Percussion repeater cannon
Right wingtip mount: Electromagnetic plasma cannon
2 under-wing missile mounts
Left mount: Void-7 Seismic Charges (holds 6)
Right mount: Discord Missiles with concussion explosives

NOTE: Although the pilot could technically control the weapons from the cockpit, these are generally controlled by the astromech droid accompanying, accounting for the massive amount of concentration that is required to handle the ship properly in combat.

Gun mounts are capable of fitting weapons up to the heavy and/or repeating variants of any type designed for starfighters. Missile mounts can fit any standard sized torpedo, missile, or dropped ordnance available to starfighters.

Special Features:
Specially made bed made of top-of-the-line memory foam for comfort and ease of rest.
Highly encrypted comm unit with advanced range.
Advanced power generator has been added
Specialized charging and docking station for R3 unit Reed
Hidden smuggling compartment
Hidden armory wall
Fully equipped wet bar
Specifically designed Targeting Unit added for the specialized weapon load-outs and the ship's design
Sensor mask
Decoy system
Adv scanner

Maneuverability Rating: 3 standard
Speed Rating: 3 standard
Hyperdrive Class: .75 standard

Strengths:
Customizable
Durable
Fast and agile
Modified to work directly and specifically for James Justice

Weaknesses:
A slight undertone of neglect makes it prone to mishaps and mess-ups
Being highly modified, the Drunken Angel II is almost completely impossible for anyone not accustomed to its modifications to be able to fly it proficiently, even the owner is known to have a great deal of difficulty making it do what he desires
No NAV unit, requiring an Astromech droid or external nav unit to jump to hyperspace (No ordinary droid will do, see description for details)
Somewhat exposed cockpit area
Removed HUD display, unable to fight effectively without the HUD contacts equipped to the pilot.

Description:
The Lost Angel underwent a major overhaul by James Justice when he purchased it off the auction block. His first manner of business was to build a computer and targeting system that directly interacted with his special HUD contacts designed by Nicademous Blith. To account for this, the Spacer completely removed the HUD display, to counter act the effects, the ship will not start unless the wearer is registered as wearing the contacts through a retinal scan. To make room for the advanced compact power generator and top-of-the-line scanner systems, James removed the NAV computer, making the ship unable to fly without an astromech droid. Unfortunately, James’ psychotic droid, R3-D8 “Reed,” riffled the ship’s computers with viruses and Trojan horses to prevent his master from every replacing him. If a droid with any IP address different from Reed’s (including any other droid James owns) accesses the ship’s mainframe, they will be barraged with a series of the galaxy’s top 65 most destructive computer viruses at once, essentially “driving them insane.” By default, this means the Lost Angel cannot jump to hyperspace without Reed.
During his upgrading the ship and re-hauling it, James also added a basic over-ride and closed-circuit comm it his wrist comm/computer units. This means the Angel may respond to simple things such as a distresses beacon from the wrist links, or an order to start—or at worst, self-destruct. In absolute emergencies, James can remote-control the ship for more advanced purposes with his contacts and wrist units, though this greatly drains their batteries and cannot last longer than 30 minutes. Reed established a similar link to the ship with himself, however this was done without his master’s knowledge—or consent.
As an avid smuggler at heart, the near-human added a series of smuggler’s compartments on the Angel’s flooring units. These appear under scans to be additional oxygen and water containers. He also added a hidden armory compartment in one of the walls containing the most dangerous of Mercenary Weapon’s products and a large supply of explosives.
All of these technical details are also lost for one key thing: this is James’ home. As such he added a few cosmetic details, such as a holographic projector for watching his favorite holovids, a new mattress made completely from memory foam for comfort, a couch for company, a wet bar for his chronic alcoholic issues, a chair replica from his first ship, and a new exterior coating of blue highlights where there had been yellow. In addition to all of this, he added an access hatch to the cargo hold in case he gets stir-crazy and wants to work out—or in case Reed starts to drive him crazy and he wants to lock the droid away for some peace and quiet.
In handling, the ship often has a pull towards the right since James usually keeps the ship’s weaponry imbalanced slightly. Anyone who is unable to adjust for this would most likely crash and burn miserably, something James himself has almost done a few times. It should also be noted, the weapons are unable to be fired all at once with their usual configuration, otherwise the ship will short out for thirty seconds—a flaw that could potentially destroy James and his passengers if he is not careful.
