Description: The YGX-2700 is an older design, designed and intended for release prior to the Gulag Plague. As trade lanes opened back up and demand for ships increased, CEC released their legacy ship, with minor modifications to update it. Something of an experiment, the ship possess four external engines on pylons. Though this afforded the ship exceptional speed while moving in a straight line, this did mean the ship was more sensitive and required constant upkeep to ensure the ship's engines remained functional. This also presented a somewhat irresistible target, which necessitated additional plating on the pylons and more power aft deflector shields to compensate.
Brief History: After Electrobe disappeared after his girlfriend, Lena Martin, the ship was left abandoned collecting dust on Corellia. With the Protectorate no longer in power over the planet and things going to hell, ships were quickly hijacked and taken. Allyson ended up winning the ship out of a long game of Sabbac, unknowing of its history, the girl deciding the name of the ship was pretty cool, she handled the necessary paper work to obtain the ship with any legal formatting hopefully preventing its former owner and original stealer to try and obtain it back. After using the basic YT-2400, the Kraken became something precious to her.
