Description:
About Eve
The Eve Foundation is the brainchild of Alric Kuhn, Danger Arceneau, and the current CEO of Vanir Technologies, Madam Nel.

As one would infer from it's name the Eve Foundation is a charity designed to operated and assist throughout the entirety of the galaxy. The Foundation at it's base is a rather simple corporate structure, however, instead of creating products and managing research and development departments the Eve Foundation instead works through the basis of donations and spending those donations to help the innocents of the galaxy. This is of course not a profitable venture, and in fact the Eve Foundation loses money annually, or rather is designed to. It's steady income comes from the patronage of two of the galaxies largest corporations, that being Vanir Technologies and the Arceneau Trade Company.

These two primary benefactors supply the Charity with a vast amount of resources.

Both Vanir Technologies and Arceneau Trade Company donate heavily to The Eve Foundation, giving much to make the Foundation not only economically viable, but effective on a galactic scale. Vanir Technologies donates ships, medical supplies, advanced research equipment, and many other forms of technology. Arceneau Trade Company meanwhile donates a vast amount of resources in the form of food, water, medical supplies, and the use of advanced shipping lanes as well as many other forms. Both corporations heavily subsidize The Eve Foundation with credits, supplying the Foundation with enough money to purchase anything that they might lack.

The Eve Foundation itself is structured much like a standard company. It is headed by a Chief Executive Officer, Amorella Mae, and beneath her operates three sectional departments. Each of these departments are headed by a Vice President and each one operates independently with oversight by Mrs. Mae and whomever else she wishes. The operations and daily runnings of the Eve Foundation are left entirely to Mrs. Mae, Alric and Danger having given her complete and full control of what the charity does and where.

The Current three operations of which the Eve Foundation focuses most of it's current resources is the supply of Disaster Relief, Hospice Care, and of course Humanitarian Aid.

The largest, and perhaps most dangerous function of The Eve Foundation is the supply of Disaster Relief to planets and systems around the entire galaxy. This is the largest section of The Eve Foundation and it's most functional. It serves to assist planets and systems that cannot help themselves, sending aid to worlds which have seen great damage through either natural disaster or those created by man. In the latter case, when The Eve Foundation heads into a war zone the company is assisted by elements of Saeva Incorporated, ensuring that the doctors and aid Workers of Eve are kept safe while doing their jobs within war zones.

The second function of the Eve Foundation is to provide Hospice Care to those unable to normally afford it. Though this operation is not widespread around the galaxy, it is perhaps one of the charities most important qualities and also links to it's other two operations. The providing of Hospice Care to those who require it is a primary idea behind The Eve Foundation, allowing those who cannot afford medical care and those who may be terminally ill to visit an Eve Foundation hospital to be treated by expert physicians. It is due to this reason that The Eve Foundation has hired some of the best doctors in the galaxy including famed Jedi Healers.

The last function, and the most open ended to expansion is The Eve Foundations ability to provide Humanitarian Aid around the galaxy. This operation is designed to aid the poor and needy of the galaxy, utilizing the large amount of ships supplied by Vanir Technologies to deliver food, water, building supplies, and everything else necessary for survival around the galaxy.

Though these three functions are currently The Eve Foundations only operations, the Charity seeks to eventually expand it's capabilities, with the CEO Amorella Mae working to gather more backers and eventually bring Eve to the forefront of Galactic care.

Rationale:
The creation of The Eve Foundation was born of a will by a Retired Alric Kuhn to begin paying the galaxy back for his fortune and misdeeds.

Alric had, for many years of his life, operated and owned Titan Industries, a corporation known for it's maleficent qualities and rather immoral approach to business. Knowing this, and knowing his reputation Alric had since then attempted to make up for those years of his life. Many steps were taken in this direction after this founding of Vanir Technologies, the company operating around the galaxy to better the lives of many people through construction projects, the creation of the Dark-Net Communication systems, and the general proliferation of technology. After his retirement, Vanir Technologies continued this trend of working for the average Galactic Citizen.

This, however, was still not enough for Mr. Kuhn, and eventually the Old Tetan reached the decision that something more had to be done.

After his retirement Alric began to scheme on a number of things, one of these things being the creation of a Charity that would have a galactic reach. This charity would be funded by his own quite considerable personal fortune, Vanir Technologies, and whomever else would want to join him in the venture. Of course, Alric's new fiance, [member="Danger Arceneau"] already being quite the philanthropist herself immediately encouraged and supported the idea, pledging that her own rather vast corporation would support what would eventually become The Eve Foundation.

Alric began the push for the creation of the charity itself, contacting Madam Nel and arranging Vanir Technologies own involvement within The Eve Foundation and working with Danger to secure Arceneau Trade Companies vast resources as well. Eventually, the charity itself began to form, needing only a chief executive to oversee daily operations and perhaps even expand the charity itself.

The opportunity to find such a person was eventually created through Alric and Danger's wedding. This massive party, though not intended to be so, quickly became one of the largest corporate gatherings within the galaxy, with many powerful and famous figures attending. When Alric received the list of guests he reviewed the names, searching for a person who was not only qualified, but fully capable of conducting the operations of The Eve Foundations. Eventually, Alric Kuhn found the one name that he had been searching for Amorella Mae.

Alric found that Mrs. Mae had not only the qualifications, but the reputation as a kind hearted soul and philanthropist that perfectly fit with with what The Eve Foundation would become.

So, it was after Danger and Alric's own ceremony at the wedding that The Old Tetan would approach Amorella, asking her to run the charity on his and Danger's behalf.

In essence, yes.

It is founded and supported by Vanir Technologies and ATC as stated in the description and the Primary Benefactor Section.

Please label them as the Parent Company, as per the Company submission template. This is both to avoid confusion and to retain the base template, which is required.
