To bring the best of the galaxy together to improve the worlds under its command. Lead by the Foreman and the Executive Council, business deals are made and worlds that pledge their allegiance to the Union herself become advanced, seemingly overnight as infrastructure is replaced and upgraded, education is pushed forward and the quality of life improves.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14.6666666666667px]When the Techno Union arrives, with their eternal watchdogs, the Obsidian Order, their arrival is signaled by the election of a Viceroy and massive, glittering spires of industry, as well as the watchful eye of an Obsidian Citadel, the Yuuzhan Vong and outsider invaders are pushed aside to make way for the wave of the future. Security systems are improved, bringing major crimes to a standstill, automated soldiers take the fronts, protecting the lives of the citizens. The Holonet is found everywhere, causing the communication and the access to all manner of knowledge to become universal.[/SIZE]

The Order makes use of the advanced technology produced by the Union to cover one’s blind spots. But what if the Force is the blind spot? What if Technology becomes the blind spot? Where is the line in defending the Union from the underworld, or defending the people from the corporatocracy?[SIZE=14.6666666666667px]Who answers to who? Who is held accountable for what?[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.6666666666667px]With the corporations secure in their tower, believing that their cause is noble, and their power is pure, they fail to see the damage being brought. When you focus all of your industry in certain areas, it wipes the life force of other areas. Ghettos begin to appear in contrast to the glittering metropolitan areas. Life for these people is not always easy, it's not always improved.[/SIZE]

They sneak past the watchful eyes of policing Hegemonic Automaton droids, they are slipping into and behind the Obsidian Order, the guardians of the Techno Union. To the galaxy outside, it may seem that the corporations are making nice and working together, and for the most part, they are. But when you are destined to make starfighters, and a ‘partner’ is making similar fighters? Corporate espionage is inevitable. There are silent wars between partner companies within the Union.[/SIZE]
