Description:
This device was made by Jeff to serve only one purpose. Due to having a Force Sensitive teaching him how to wield a light-saber, he did not want said person attacked by his hounds that he planned to raise. Thus this idea hit him. What if his hounds could determine between good guys and bad guys? What if they were smarter than your run of a mill Tuk'ata puppy? This idea is what inspired the creation of the chip. What it does is stimulates the parts of the brain related to intellect, increasing the intelligence of the puppy, and at the same time downloading information into the brain of the creature. This makes it sentient. The device is constantly being worked on, although as of yet cannot allow speech. This device doesn't provide any enhancements in strength, speed, agility or anything. Just intellect. This has been shielded against electrical current and electromagnetic pulses as a precaution by Jeff.
