Hello boys...." there came a slight chuckle as the woman flicked a lock of red hair away from her face. A few appreciative whistles cut the air.

"Sure has been a while ain't it?" she'd grin, flashing that smile, a few catcalls would echo, and she'd chuckle out. "Ya'll so sweet, I've miss ya'll too."

There was a chuckle from the large crowd, as the vibrant, sultry, and ever boisterous Danger Arceneau’s holographic image bedecked in a figure hugging blue dress played across every holographic emitter and sign.

“It has been a year, and let me tell you, I've all kinds of goods ya'll won't see anywhere. Throughout the years I’ve met many, many wonderful and brilliant sentients who create magnificent products that by golly you should be able get without having to fuss with going halfway across the galaxy for!

For this very reason, I created the Southern Systems Business bazaar! Bringing the convenience and the peace of mind of having the buying power right in your hands with the click of a button or a shake of a hand.

A loud roar of approval and cheers erupted from the crowd, brilliant lights flashing over the voluptuous President of Arceneau Trade and head of the Southern Systems Business Bazaar.

No expense was spared in the planning of this event. Contracts with the new Mandalorian brewery for their ale and the tried and true Whyren’s from the Corellian system ensured that there would be plenty of liquor flowing so that the Expo patron’s credit chips within easy access. There were local ventures that catered to the more upscale palate provided an expansive buffet for anyone wanting to sate their taste-buds, finger-foods delighting one and all, ensuring that folk were kept mobile so that they would be able to go from holobooth to holobooth at their leisure.

For those that were not going to be there in person, Danger ensured that the best holo-network slicers and technicians were on standby to provide a seamless holo-graphic browsing and buying experience.

Ain’t no expense spared, not for the Semi-Annual Expo of the Southern Systems Business Bazaar.

A hand went waving coyly at the crowd, attempting to settle them down as Danger shined them all with that familiar trademark grin.

Here the elite of the elite, as well as your local mom and pop companies rubbed elbows to sell out last years inventory and showcase the new galactic year’s arrivals. Looking to get a discount on something you’ve had your eye on the past year? Well here is the time to get more bang for your credit chip.

Here, the consumer is connected directly to the company -- speaking straight to one of their associates to help a client get exactly what they want, how they want it, and for the right price.

Hoots and hollers went roaring after this comment, Miz Arceneau flashing a brilliant smile at the crowd as flashes of lights and holonews droids recorded the event live.

So with that, my darlin’s, I welcome you again to the Semi-Annual Southern Systems Business Expo and Auction!

More cheers erupted in the vast market place area set out within one of the massive warehouses build by Arceneau. Air conditioning would ensure that the temperature was kept nice and cool, with plenty of water also set out for anyone wanting to hydrate themselves. Booths upon booths from several businesses lined up and down the warehouse, with the main spaceport taken over for anyone wanting to show off their goods in a more tactile manner.

Danger also set aside special firing ranges for anyone wanting to conduct sample test firings of weapon systems and aircraft.

Feel free to mingle, talk to each other, have a party. This one is the one that will last approx two weeks.

AI-005b Proteus-class Bomber - 140,000 credits - Developed alongside the AI-005, the AI-005b Proteus Bomber is designed to fill the role of heavy bomber against capital ships and enemy bases. The AI-005b is heavily armored and shielded to allow it to survive attack runs on capital ships, but it is not designed to face smaller ships such as corvettes and fighters make mince-meat of it without escorts due to its speed and maneuverability are rather low. However, the Proteus Bomber is also heavily armed to fill the role it was developed for. Its true strengths lie in the three ion cannons on either side of the cockpit and on the nose, the proton bomb launcher in the belly (capable of holding eight bombs), and the two torpedo launchers (each being able to hold six torpedoes). The weapons can be controlled by either the pilot or the co-pilot. Galactic Reveal at the ATC Expo

TEXTILES/ MATERIALS

+ Very resistant to Blasters and Vibroblades - Much like Shellspider Silk, it retains it's ability to deflect blasters and vibroblades.
+ Stretchy and pliable - Using known memory technology already found in the galaxy and flex armor methods, the elaxtex and shell spider silk hybrid is able to stretch and expand and also revert to its original size. This is only for a limited time, as gross expansion and regular wear will require a replacement.

+ EMP and Ion Resistant - the technology of Quantium Crystaline fused quartz mesh allows an increased resistance to electricity, EMP, and Ion weaponry due to its electrical resistance. Note, while this will work against direct electrical attacks (lightning, some of the ion grenades, some short range EMPs) but that it will not protect against long range EMP weapons that use EM radiation as the primary mechanism.

Items:

Harbinger War Droid – A behemoth of droid in terms of power and armor. The armor plating of the droid is developed with phrik, eschewing the original laminanium of the YVH series of droids, while the skeleton of the droid is made of a turadium alloy to give it maximum durability against most conventional weapons. The weapon systems are where the droid truly shines though, sporting a heavy blaster cannon mounted on the right arm, a Verpine style shatter rifle mounted on the left, a scatter gun in a compartment concealed on its left hip, a .5 meter vibrosword embedded within the droid’s right hand for close quarters combat, an electroray discharger within its left hand, a concealed grenade launcher in the left elbow with a two grenade magazine, and a baradium charge within its torso in case it needs to activate its self-destruct protocol. The droid also comes equipped with advanced servos within its joints to give it additional strength, photoreceptors that contain various vision modes. It also comes with a preloaded vocoder package with various taunts for use against enemies to gain a psychological edge over them. Original Price: 600,000 credits per droid. Discount Price: 450,000 credits per droid.

Herald Heavy War Droid - 1,200,000 credits (single unit) - a next-generation goliath of sheer power and durability. Using phrik once again as the armoring plating, the plates were made heavier than those that covered the Harbinger and were also designed to cover more of the droid to prevent gaps from being exploited. The skeletal structure of the Herald was once again made of turadium to give it just that added durability. A heavy repeating blaster cannon is mounted on the right arm (with the power pack to keep it going mounted on the droid's back), six rocket tubes are mounted on the shoulders with three on each side (kept underneath the shoulder plating when not needed), a deployable grenade launcher with four thermal detonators is kept in the left arm of the droid, and two .7 meter vibroblades are deployable from the left wrist. The droid is also designed with advanced servos that can give it the strength to rip punch through a bulkhead if necessary, magnetic pads are embedded in the foot and can be activated to allow the droid to stick to metallic surfaces. Advanced friend/foe programs are kept up at all times and the photoreceptors are similar to those found on the Harbinger. Original Price: 1,200,000 credits per droid. Discount Price: 900,000 credits per droid.

Reaver Specialist Droid - 1,200,000 credits (single unit) - a fast and deadly force as compared to the brute style of the Harbinger and Herald, designed to combat Force Users. Designed with enhanced titanium underplates and skeleton, the droid is much lighter than others in its family, but that is only part of its appeal. Pure refined cortosis plates were melded on top of the titanium, essentially creating another layer of armor to give the droid some more durability and the ability to shut off lightsabers if it receives an attack from one. The droid is also equipped with two cortosis-durasteel alloy swords so it can fight a Force User in close quarters fighting, a concealed scatter gun in the left wrist, and electro-stun pads are embedded in the droid’s hands if it needs to jolt its opponent into unconsciousness. Combined with advanced targeting computers and advanced servos to give the droid the ability to keep up with a Force User in combat, the droid’s programming has also been given information on all the major forms of lightsaber combat and how best to counteract them. Original Price: 1,200,000 credits per droid. Discount Price: 900,000 credits per droid

AI-005 Lunar-class Starfighter - 120,000 credits - Taking example from the old Miy'til starfighter of the Hapan Consortium and the ARC-170 of the Clone War era, the AI-005 Lunar starfighter is designed to fill the role of a primary starfighter among a fleet. Equipped with two laser cannons on the wing tips, two torpedo launchers on the bottom of the cockpit (each with a four torpedo magazine), and a rear gunner turret that has two side mounted heavy laser cannons, the AI-005 can hit fairly hard. The AI-005 is also equipped with a chaff deployer that is controlled by the rear gunner to stop enemy missile locks during combat. The AI-005 has advanced deflector shields that cover the majority of the starfighter, but engineers had to compensate for this by placing the barest shielding on the rear of the fighter, figuring that the rear gunner could provide adequate protection. The AI-005 is also slower than other starfighters due to having standard armor and heavier weaponry, a difference from previous Aurora models that focused on speed. Galactic Reveal at the ATC Expo

I loooooooooved going to the Expo.

Oh, she was all starry eyed and bushy tailed and she couldn't help but be giddy. The girl was practically bouncing. Okay, she had a plan!

Quickly she would pull out her datapad, one finger sliding across the display while she scanned the map of the massive series of warehouses. She first wanted to get in touch with G.E.A.R.

It was over on Aurek... Warehouse Esk Nine!

With a grin, she would straighten her shoulders. "Alright Bobo, let's go shopping!" she would state with glee, before diving into the throngs of Expo patrons.

It wasn't long before she made it to the Galactic Equipment and Robotics Booth

Sera had arrived a smidgen late, not like that was extremely surprising anyway. That was generally her M.O. Patrons were already swarming the various booths setup, and she was starting to feel the pressure of getting things out of boxes, on displays, and setup in a nice and orderly fashion. Perhaps one day, far in the distant future she might actually get someplace on time. Maybe... Probably not. The Twi'lek felt almost like she was more of an interest to some of the patrons than that which she was looking to sell. Sure, she was an oddity, her skin color and all, but did they really have to stare?

To the side she had managed to setup a display of the exoskeleton suit, which would allow potential buyers to try out the suit before purchasing. Just on the opposite side of the booth sat attached to a mannequin the jet pack system she had designed, though ensured that the fuel cells had been removed prior to entering the expo for safety reasons. Three semi-circular tables displayed the various other products she had brought along with her, all at a 25% discount (with the exception being of course limited production items). A datapad just off to the side would allow would-be purchasers to make their selections and input delivery information for any bulk products, though she had a number of items on hand to sell in person for those interested.

The Dynamic duo was present during the initial ceremony as [member="Danger Arceneau"] made her introduction. Mythos was there via hologram, a small hovering image of him flanked Galicus as he stood smiling at the proceedings. "Now Animus why did you never get a wife like that? Queen of trade? Queen of Atrisia? she would make a great pair for you"

Mythos chuckled in his throne room, his uncle never was good at playing matchmaker. Groom scurried around with his daughter and the late night sweat of the training session was still heavy on his body. Mythos was just about to pack it in for the night yet this turn of events in the auction warranted his sleeplessness just this once.

"Oh i am sure you are correct Uncle" came the distorted response from the Sith Lord all the way across the galaxy.
"But you know how i like my women. Blue, Xenophobic and unhealthy for my sanity and well being. "

Galicus rolled his eyes and sighed, he had known of his nephews unhealthy obsession with one chiss aristocrat but he had thought Animus had let that go some time after fathering his first child. He thought he could bring his nephew to see the light, Galicus was no expert on matters of the heart but he was one in the plane of reason and common sense.

"She's no good for you Animus, deep down i think you know that"
"If i didn't i would not be interested in her, deep down i think you know that"
Feeling defeated, the muun gave a resigned sigh as he stopped in front of the booth.

They both gazed at the holobooth of the ATC, the old muun and the projection of the sith lord browsed at the offers and items with impassive contemplation.

It was Impressive, yet the catalog of their subsidiaries alone was overwhelming. "I wonder why they do not yet have the same space of trade within One Sith space?"
Galicus eyed the hologram of his nephew as if disappointed. "If you really wonder that you worry me Animus"

Galicus moved on to the next booth, the floating projector of Animus tailing closely behind. "What is it you seek here Galicus? do you perhaps know something i do not?" Mythos asked, his curiosity prompting the question.
Galicus shrugged and continued his pace directed at the lot for the Vanir Tech company. "Perhaps i just wanted to go shopping for once?" The muun quipped, a smile on his face. "Or perhaps i know for a fact that in this neck of the galaxy lies a production line of weapons and armor at prices that you won't beat"
Mythos shut his trap for once, his eyebrow raised as if expecting an elaboration. "You will just have to trust me"
Mythos leaned back on his throne and ignited the classic ZP tobacco deathstick and let the smoke leave his lips slowly and gracefully.

"Now there is something i can do very well"

Crack.

An armoured hand crunched over the other, the sound of cracking knuckles muffled by the dying engines of a starship. "Enjoy your shore leave," Catalys patted one of the Primeval soldiers on his shoulder; this was perhaps the first time any of them have ventured out of Wild Space and into a non-combat situation in over a decade.

It has been so long since the Umbaran breathed neutral air, and not that of a battlefield's. Perhaps this also meant a fresh start for the Exemplar whose efforts had helped establish an opposing force to the mad Hutt's automated fleet.

With their hands full, it was time to let some of the Primeval's arsenal goal in exchange for the one thing needed most... Money. If you can't win a war by means of production, then you do it by means of supply lines. To get supplies that weren't Primeval made you needed money to pay in the private industry. How such concepts flew past the heads of priests was not the concern of this agent, he only wished to bide time...

Marching his way through customers and clients, the informal head of the Primeval Fleet made his way to bazaar; the first time he'll try his hand at this merchant thing.

What could possibly go wrong?

[member="Danger Arceneau"]

Was Judah crazy? One could say so. Companies didn't offer forty percent off products every day now did they? If [member="Thessa Kai"] caught wind it was possible he would be sleeping on the couch garage for several months. While it seemed crazy, the plan was quite simple. Offer the products at a lower rate and hope his green energy venture would take off a little more. It had done well with the head honchos over at the Galactic Alliance. They had bought enough of the Ahi 'bricks' to reface an entire city.

Picking out a warehouse sized space, everything was on display -- within reason. There was a large scale replica of the Ira-class station floating at the center of the action. Droids zipped around on display. No expense had been spared in showing off the algae items, with fuel being made straight on the sales floor. It was after all, just algae processed straight from tanks. No odd smells beyond a slight brine-y,iodine smell.

As the expo started, the gamble was on.

The air behind [member="Judah Dashiell"] was empty.

And then it inexplicably wasn't.

Mikhail Shorn strode out of the nothing. Dark hair a little shorter. Face a little paler. Form a little more... incorporeal. But otherwise, same black jacket, same eyebrows, same smirk.

"Boo."

Tsavong entered the auction house, staring across the aisles at holograms of people and people in the flesh alike. The Yuuzhan Vong wanted to show up here in person, to see the auction for himself, to scope out potential buys and make contacts. Just like any other member here representing their company, the behemoth also had his own organization to represent. Sadly, though, he wouldn't be standing behind the Titan Industries pedestal. That particular lot remained empty - Titan was taking some time to restructure in his absence from the chair of CEO while the bidding war for its stock had begun. It did make Tsavong a target for the reporters, though, as they had ambushed him as he walked in. The beast would read "Failed Titan of Technology" in the headlines tomorrow for the second week running, he was sure. News was slow in his sector of the Galaxy right now.

The Yuuzhan Vong made his way to the back of the auction house and stood, silently gazing upon the crowd. He did have a particular reason for being here, despite all the bureaucracy. Only time would reveal that hidden agenda, though - though perhaps sooner than even Tsavong could anticipate.

Staring out at the floor, a small jump accompanied the surprise 'attack' as it was. Was it malicious? No, the tone was far too bored for that. Turning, he came face to face with a [member="Mikhail Shorn"] . Judah remembered seeing the face around before, in these types of circles. That had been....well, quite some time. Rumors of death swirled around if one was to believe the grocery store scandal papers.

"Been in hiding?"

"Oh! Hi there!"

The cherry greeting would come from behind [member="Seraphina Shel'tah"] as she was in the midst of her booth set up. A glance back reveal that her first customer to be a rather bubbly strawberry blonde with warm, friendly brown eyes. There was a rather curious lizard perched on her shoulder, much like a Kowakian Monkey Lizard. His head was slightly quirked to the side, black beady eyes bearing an intelligence there that would be surprising for it's kind. Perhaps the more interesting tidbit would be that if any Force User would care to notice, Kaile would appear to be this fuzzy Force-neutral entity.

Kaile beamed a sunny smile, rocking on her heels in a rather excited thrum of energy. "Not set up yet?" a quick scan of the various boxes still baring a few of the goods and the stand set up Seraphina was working on gave it a bit away.

"Want some help?" she would offer with a genuine query.

James swaggered through the expo, hands in his leather jacket as the tale-tell smell of his burning cigarette went before him and after him; warning and reminding of his presence. He was here for his normal two reasons; pleasure and money. Generally in that order. He was here to make friends and if a few credits came along the way--well that would work out fine too. There were so many things here he wanted to see, so many things he couldn't help but stare and gawk at them. And some of the people here were pretty fine looking too. And by people--he meant women.

The Billionare playboy had given up on his Sasha. He had looked across the galaxy three times personally giving it a once over. But apparently the dark angel had decided to fly his coop and now he was here, single again. He shrugged it off. The playboy couldn't be kept tied down anyway.

Instead he continued to saunter his way through the crowds, just browsing for what could meet his eye.

With a smile, the Queen of Trade would hand off the MC duties on to Nerie, a Zeltron hostess for the Expo. This was looking to be one of the largest expositions since the creation of the Southern Systems Business Bazaar years ago. Business of all venues would come here to showcase their newest technologies as well as provide the means to sell their old stock with vast savings.

Carnival rides, food stalls, live demonstrations. It was one of the largest events and congregation of sapients in the 'verse, with those who could not attend able to still make use of the savings through the Holonet and NexChek Nebula system.

A sigh would escape the woman, as she would nod and smile greetings as she ambled her way down. There were a few items she had to take care of, some meetings to attend. Darkwater and Hegemonic Droid security would keep an eye on things here and on the orbital starship displays.

Up at the VIP section, there were over a dozen conference rooms for the availability and use for any company who would like to discuss in a more intimate setting.

It was towards her own overlooking suite that Danger would amble off to.

Catalys breathed in and out; the rebreather inside his helmet producing an unmistakable sound diluted by the ambiance of bazaar banter as he made his way across the floor and towards the VIP area quite far from the rest of the folk.

Taking the lift to where the suites and conference rooms isolated themselves in the comfort of luxury and privacy, the agent quietly found himself alone after leaving his guard to tend to other matters. Tapping his foot, the elevator reached the final floor where Danger's overlooking suite rested intimately.

His footsteps clapped noticeably against the hard floor approaching the doorstep, a single finger reached out to press the buzzer; alerting the patron that a guest had arrived. If any security systems were in place, the Umbaran was clearly armoured and masked, looking nothing less like the common mercenary.

Yet anyone who had ventured out into the depths of Wild Space, far from the core and into dangerous territories would recognize the triptych pyramid--the symbol of the Primeval.

Next was Vanir Technologies. Mythos was busy reading up on the extensive catalog of ATC vehicles, one particular colossal landship that brought more than a single idea to his mind. "You inquired about armor Animus, i am willing to bet you half my salary that you wont find something that will impress the administratum in the area of armor quite like these."

Mythos took a gander, why not? He wasn't sleeping this night anyway. "Interesting... all i see is extremely limited quantities and very high prices uncle, i am making an army not a unit or a battalion, do keep that in mind. Also many of the armor you speak of is armor material not an armor in itself." Mythos said as he stroked his hair to get the foreboding headache out of his system as quickly as he could.
"I will try and keep that in mind my boy, do yo-" He was interrupted by Mythos in a fast quip.

"What is that?"
"What is wh-"
"The Arcaeneau Cultural archives, i see it here in my readings"
"An...archive? don't you have the entirety of the Sith libraries to browse?" Galicus retorted, not understanding his nephews train of thought.

Mythos scoffed as he continued to look up information on this library of seemingly infinite knowledge.

"I am disappointed in your lack of vision uncle, this cultural archive is nothing more than one of the last bastions of historical knowledge left in the galaxy" Mythos declared, shifting Galicus' focus completely as his nephew elaborated.

"After the centuries of darkness knowledge of history is the single most precious resource that exists, inquire about the location at the very least. Who knows? Maybe we can convince the owner for private tour of the facility."

Galicus put his long hands to his chin as he blinked and thought everything that his nephew had said over in his mind. When his gaze lifted he approached the booth consolatory to see if any contact could be reached with the management of Vanir Technologies.
"Excuse me... we seem to have our first inquiry of the evening... i would like some information the cultural archive if we may."

The Twi'lek turned towards the voice calling from just behind to notice a rather excited girl standing just opposite the tables she was setting up, with a peculiar looking friend attached. Luckily for her, blushed cheeks were easily disguised by pinkish skin, hiding embarrassment quite well. "Hi there!" She turned back to see what exactly she still had left to pull from the boxes and set on display. The RTJ's, BSI's, and PES's were really all that was left hiding in the various boxes she'd brought along, but she saw no reason not to accept a helping hand if it were offered.

"Not quite finished yet. Just a few small things still to take out. The rest is inventory for what's already up on the tables. But, if you want," She cleared a bit of space for the girl to slide through if she so desired. "You can help me look for a couple more things I brought along?" She handed Kaile a datapad that contained the items she had already retrieved marked with their names crossed out, as well as the ones that had yet to be retrieved.

“Great!”

Enter the quick excited clap, the slight bounce and rock of her heels and the former Yum Bunny waitress took the datapad.

““Oh!” well if anyone would doubt that the cheerful girl could get any more excitable, there it was. “You brought the Arr-Tee-Jays!” Oh she saw the write up on these babies in her last edition of TechSavvy. Eagerly she would pluck one of the cases out, skimming through the content of the box as she read over it.

“These things are amazing!” they were miniature jamming devices. The kind she used when she was doing her gigs when she wasn’t just playing sleeper agent.

Okay, so much for helping when she got distracted so easily…

Three. Two. One.

A sudden sheepish expression would wash her face, coloring it pink before she would set down the GE-RTJ device.

“Sorry…” she apologized, moving on to help Seraphina set up. “OH!” again another absent though, and she snapped up, turning over to the Twi’elk.

I’m Kaile!” beaming out with the sunniest smile this side of the sector.

This is probably going to be really short and bad, because I'm posting it with my weaker arm. This means I have to struggle to reach the delete key and all keys over that side of the keyboard. Teaches me to fall up the stairs.

He was proud, proud of everything he'd earned in the past few months. From becoming the leader of the Ailon Nova Guard to strolling through a warehouse, patting ships as he passed. It was a great feeling, a feeling that left him slightly lightheaded, and he pondered for a moment if he'd made the right choice. He shrugged, pulling the rim of his cowboy hat down over his eyes. A small forklift in the corner slapped down another crate, some deck crew rushing across to pull the crate apart and reveal the desks inside. The whole expo was a good thing, a way for smaller companies to get their name out there, something he really needed to do as a small company. He chuckled lightly, finger hovering over the door control for his warehouse.

His finger moved forward, warm fingers coming into contact with the cold of the button. The door was open, Half Angel was open for business. In the corner was a small, rodian crew man sat at a desk, with a protocal droid translating it's every word. The Rodian would appear to be selling the raffle tickets to win the grand prizes later. The rest of the warehouse was full of crew men and science men, running around, ready to answer any questions and preform sales as needed. Xander would be ducking in and out, again answering questions.

It was to be a good day.

Seraphina stopped what she was doing to watch the girl fumble through the boxes with a certain look of glee that could only be described as whimsical. The Twi'lek took a seat, crossing one long pinkish leg over the other with a smile and indulged in the sight of Kaile gawking over the small piece of electronic equipment she had found. Kaile didn't seem exactly the type to be quite into the items she'd brought along, but judging by the enthusiasm in her voice she clearly knew at least on some level what she was holding. While her company was still nothing comparable in terms of size with a number of other corporations that had setup booths at the Expo, she was happy to see there was someone that recognized the company.

"No need to apologize." She said, standing back up to finish prepping the table with the last few items. "It's nice to meet you, Kaile. I'm Sera."

She flashed a smile, "You picked that RTJ out pretty quickly. Are you an avid follower of tech companies then?"

"Been in hell."

Shorn's form flickered, becoming more ethereal. He glared at something unseen before resuming conversation. Eyes cold as arctic ponds bored into [member="Judah Dashiell"] like icy shards. Arms crossed casually across his chest, Mikhail glanced between Judah and the bricks of algae.

"Going green, boy scout?"
