Sorenn-Syrush Industries will be making 40% of its shares open to be purchased by the public.
What does this mean?
It means that I am looking for those individuals that would like to purchase those shares and be a shareholder of Sorenn-Syrush Industries.
Sorenn-Syrush Industries is currently a Tier II Corporation whose Corporate Headquarters is located on Alderaan of the Free Worlds Coalition. It maintains facilities on Balmorra and Camas as well.
It's primary manufacturing is Armaments, Droids, and Medical / Relief Products. Further expansion into vehicle manufacturing and vessel manufacturing has been considered as well along side the potential step into mercenary forces deployment and resource acquisitions.
Shares will be made available in the following amounts
Major Shareholder - 20%
Minor Shareholder - 15%
Shareholder - 10%
Investors - 2.5% - 9%

We only ask that due to story reasons that No members of any Sith Faction or the First Order purchase shares due to the Company's standing within the FWC.
Once all the shares are claimed, a following RP thread will be posted with those individuals to further cement the deal and make it canonical within Sorenn-Syrush Industries history.
It was brought up as to what the In Character benefits would be for the above. The below list provides that answer.
Major and Minor Shareholders (15-20%) - May freely use Sorenn-Syrush Industries for any level of production of items
- Access to Sorenn-Syrush Industries' produced items with a 25% discount (30% discount for Major Shareholders).
- Will have a say as to the direction of the company (this will also fall into ooc conversation).
- Provided with one personal Cardinal class Corvette (for company business).
- Provided with a personal bodyguard squad (may use Sorenn-Syrush Industries items when subbing NPC squad).
Shareholders (10-14%)
- May use Sorenn-Syrush Industries for productions up to Limited production
- Access to Sorenn-Syrush Industries' produced items with a 15% discount
- Provided with a personal bodyguard squad (may use Sorenn-Syrush Industries items when subbing NPC squad).
Investors (2.5-9%)
- May use Sorenn-Syrush Industries for Unique and Semi-Unique production
- Access to Sorenn-Syrush Industries' produced items with a 10% discount
