STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+ Cyborg +​
All four of Monroe's limbs, as well as significant portions of his torso and head, have been augmented with state of the art cybernetics following a disastrous accident that left him crippled and unable to survive without life support.
+ Analytical Mind +​
Even before his augmentation, Monroe worked as a Sector Ranger handling a wide variety of crimes across the galactic stage, his keen perceptions and logical deductions serving him well in his capacity as an investigator.
= Death Stick Addiction =​
He claims they're medicinal.
= Force Users =
He hates the kriffers. They split his home in half and left it for dead. No one should have that much power.
- Paranoid Irrationality -​
A side effect of the modifications to his nervous system. Prolonged or extensive use of those implants will provoke bouts of irrational behavior, paranoid delusions, and can even cause him to turn on allies and friends in a violent rage.
- Power Shortages -​
Despite being powered by multiple Diatium energy cells and a carbon battery backup system, utilizing multiple combat enhancements simultaneously (or overclocking a single system) is still capable of draining Monroe's reserves and leaving him functioning on emergency power.
- Ion Weaponry -​
While all of his cybernetics possess ion and EMP shielding, repeated hits or a strong enough pulse will render them largely inoperable, reducing him to life support and basic locomotive functions, and continued exposure will remove even locomotive capability. Once free of ionic influence, a microtech self-repair system will kick in and bring the cybernetics back to operational status.

Coat​
Armorweave outer layer with climate controlled lining and many pockets to hold things.
Heavy Combat Vest​
Composed of the same high-carbon cortosis alloy as Monroe's limbs, along with a thermal gel underlay, the heavy combat vest possesses significant resistance to most forms of attack, including lightsabers, vibroblades, blasters, and slugthrowers. It is not, however, comparable to the likes of Bes'kar or Phrik in its defensive capabilities and with repeated strikes can be breached. In addition to its physical armor capability, it is also equipped with heavy military grade shielding, and a physical interface with Monroe's limbs that allows him to exert a far greater portion of their considerable strength without causing damage to the organic portions of his torso (roughly seven times the un-augmented human maximum. Normal operation is roughly three times).
Heavy Revolver​
Generally holstered on Monroe's right thigh, this weapon can be loaded with a variety of specialty ammunition, and utilizes a hybrid chemical/repulsorcoil firing system, allowing it to function even with a total loss of power, albeit at reduced effectiveness.
Dual Slugthrowers​
Held in a dual shoulder holster beneath Monroe's coat (or attached to his combat vest), these pistols utilize the same hybrid firing system but fire a smaller round than his heavy revolver, and as such have a more limited spectrum of ammunition available, but can hold significantly more rounds (Twenty-one to the revolver's seven).
