Description:
The Silk Holdings Reaper-Class Gunship was constructed for the Levantine Sanctum in order to give a new philosophy to modern bombers/gunships, drawing on the old Missile Boat design. Rather than designing them to take down capital ships or bomb planetary targets their primary role is as an anti-fighter ship, with the large majority of loadouts sold being strictly filled with anti-fighter warheads, namely concussion missiles. To serve this end Reapers are built to be just a hair faster than many modern gunships, such as the Inimica, Malos, and Pandorum Class Gunships, though notably a hair slower than a publicly available Cara-Class. This is to allow it to better keep up with starfighters and outpace traditional bombers trying to drop payloads on Levantine Ships/planets.

Save for one loadout all Reapers are strictly warhead-based fighters, keeping in mind that the Levantines do not have a formalized galactic military and instead usually relies on volunteers and planetary defense forces. As such nearly all predictable fights will be with the Levantines on the defense and with possibly unskilled labor. This design allows a pilot to get out, throw out some missiles, then come home for restocking, and should the worst fall, try to do as much damage to enemy squadrons before being taken down. This naturally gives the Reaper a distinct lack of long-term viability in combat, as once you run out of missiles you're done and need to restock before re-engaging. As such Reapers are typically accompanied by escorts in order to protect them on resupply runs, or begin resupply runs with a few unused missiles, in order to remain a threat to potential pursuers.

Conceptually this is great. However, your trade in does not account for the mass trade-in penalty which renders these configurations invalid.

My personal suggestion is to knock this up to gunship. That gives you plenty of weapons to play around with and create a good missile boat.

My bad, I totally forgot about the diminishing returns on trade-ins. Increased the size of the ship, modified the description to reflect it's change, and edited some of the loadouts to reflect the increased armaments of a gunship to a bomber in the ship guide. Tell me if I made some mistakes somewhere.
