Description: Designed as a tripod device, set up and able to fold out into a stand. In the middle a metal plate pistons down to strike the sand and allow the device to lure in dangerous creatures that might be under the ground. On worlds like Bengeel or where desert worms may exist and are able to attack from below the ground or ice. The device holds inside of it a small explosive roughly on par with a grenade just the housing for it provides more shrapnel able to be used to handle they softer mouth instead of trying to go for the thicker exterior. As an emergency item it is mostly for crashed ship in case of problems. Other uses for it are not really recommended as it is not a toy to be messed with and explosives are not to be mishandled. It will not explode from movement but smacking it or setting it up can arm the explosive leading to potential danger.

SO Dune Tech. It is pretty straight forward nothing off besides it not being star wars. But with the links plainly outlining Shai-Hulud like creatures canon to star wars I guess this works.
