To Whom it may concern,

Hoersch-Kessel has a long standing name for building reliable and cost-effective ships and engines. We’ve currently taken on production of a number of designs for the Abrion Corporate Alliance. These are battle-tested and proven combat vessels that could provide a significant enhancement to your military capabilities. We now construct a small line of small to mid-sized vessels that are perfect as the basis for small, balanced task forces that could project your influence to any sector of the Galaxy.

A number of ships are in production, and could be tailored with a command suite of your choosing. We would be happy to discuss support and training arrangements. We are certain that Hoar Chell or Geonosian Engineering could also supply droid crew members, even on a loan arrangement to provide skills-transfer to your own staff whilst they familiarise themselves with the vessels.

In addition, we are also keen to discuss economy-boosting arrangements. We are currently aware othat you have begun construction of shipyards at Ession. We would be happy to rent out space to carry out construction, refit and repair work at Ession if facilities became available. We would look to hire locally as much as possible and could secure several thousand jobs. Any materials that could be sourced locally would also be preferred over imports, within reason.

We would be exceptionally keen to provide a demonstration to key military personnel on the engines and ships we are currently producing. Entertainment and refreshments would be provided, of course.

If the leaflet attached is of any interest, we would be happy to arrange a face to face meeting, or prepare a document outlining our approach and pricing.

Kind Regards,

Irys Arist'lar

Krell-class Cruiser A well balanced cruiser, well kitted out to deal with mid-sized to small threats.
Scintel Class cruisers A solid hard hitting compact cruiser
Sev'rance carriers A pocket carrier. Frigate sized, but with a good complement of fighters. We’d highly recommend this vessel for dropping small attack grounds deep into enemy territory.
Sickle class frigates A solid, dependable frigate of the line.
Ventress class corvettesVery fast and reliable patrol corvette.
Pillar-class Cruiser Heavy cruiser with almost exclusively long range weapons. Heavy long range ion cannon battery can disable ships from a great range. Excellent for patrols.
Contention-class Cruiser Rock solid and infinitely reliable heavy cruiser bristling with heavy weaponry.
Bolo-class gunboat Missile boat, exceptional at decimating fighter squadrons.
Dirk-class escort frigate Escort frigate dedicated to Starfighter defence.

Graxin was unavailable, and the Monitor was so very grateful about that. It wasn't that he disliked the young man; Graxin Rade had proven to be a useful asset in recent times. The Jedi simply insisted on doing....Everything. All the leadership duties that normally fell to the Monitor, Rade did before he could think to get to them. For the first time in over ten thousand years, the Monitor, eader of the Architect race, was very, very, very...bored.

And so when the message came, he responded in kind.

Hello fleshling,

I am pleased that you have taken the Ession Reformation into consideration for your product. I must insist that my fleshlings are quite productive in their activities and going-ons. Your company would only benefit from giving us your tools of destruction! For peace, as the young men dare say!

The Ession Reformation is interested in all of your products. We are, after all, building one of the largest fleets in the known galaxy! Of course, you already knew that, I am sure.

I would like to discuss pricing and terms. The general fleshling things and such to cover all of our bases, so to speak. If you would please put me on a holoconference, I would be quite grateful.

Sincerely, The Monitor
Lord of the Architects
Ancient being of immense knowledge
Supreme leader of the Architects
Transaction Lord
Monitor.

Well, now that was an interesting message. The Galaxy was full of weird and wonderful creatures, but she had expected to deal with the kind of people she understood. Military men and women. The kind that saw being wooed by a corporation as the highlight of an exceptionally dull desk job that involved number crunching and checking the status of various contracts and arrangements.

She had some information on the architects, afterall they'd been active in ACA space a short time ago. However, she had no advisors who had directly dealt with them. All she knew was that they were reclusive and no one was certain who they had dealt with in person from the ACA. The tone of the message was strange, but you had to push on to make your way in the corporate world. She was ever learning that it was at times an even more aggressive environment than the military she still worked for.

Dear Monitor,

We are glad that you have taken an interest in our offer. Attached to this message are several times later in the week when we could put together a team for a holoconference to discuss details. We have also included our latest product catalogue. Would it be possible to include someone in the call responsible for the Ession Shipyards so that we could understand the current capabilities and how much space we could lease and the terms?

Kind Regards,

OOC/ [member="Monitor"] not expecting to roleplay out all the details, just mentioning that they will be going on in the background! :D

Organics were primitive creatures. The Monitor had long ago shed his carnal form for that of an immortal, for he truly was such. An undying all knowing creature tht worked to guide the galaxy with a steady hand--appendage. He did not, however, understand the subtle nuances of socialities. Not that he really cared either.

Dear Fleshling Arist'lar,

Yes. We will have a good meeting. I will get one of the representatives on the call, as this does happen to be their area of expertise! I will inform you as to when we could speak on such important matters when I see your schedule. I am positive the Archlord and the Grand Council would love to converse with you on the subject, but they are all currently indisposed. Jedi business or so they say. Irrelevant. I will assemble the required fleshlings and call you on the holoterminal. There we may discuss business and all things concerning shipyards and space.

Yes,

Monitor

Irys stepped into the conference room to find most of her staff already present. All of the people joining in on the call: one Bothan and two Humans sat on one side of the circular chamber. In the centre of the room and in the centre of the ceiling were large holoprojectors. They could either project a single individual into the centre of the room or, as they were set up today, could project another group on the far side of the room.

"Right, everyone present?" Irys asked. There was a generally positive murmur in response. "Ok then!"

She pressed a few buttons on her datapad. Paused, went back a few menus and tried again. Damn holoconference systems always had such confusing menus. Finally a large circle appeared in mid-air, surrounding the words 'Connecting your call'.

"Ah, there we go!"
