So below is a list of those Force powers that cannot be trained without permission from the Council. These are rare, powerful abilities that could reek havoc if not handled in the right way or are performed in the wrong hands.

• Force Sorcery/Dathomiri Magic
• Electric Judgement
• Malacia
• Morichro
